I ordered two pairs of jeans two weeks ago and I am still waiting to receive them. I have tried calling, no reply, I have sent emails, no reply. Will my goods ever be dispatched? I needed them for tomorrow so if they are not going to arrive please cancel my order and refund my money.
I understand Little Black dress stopped trading in may and was rescued and restarted trading, but if people don’t receive their goods what is the point you might just as well cease trading completely and stop cheating customers

Seeing as you only seem to answer an email when I do a review please issue a refund immediately and cancel delivery. We no longer require these dresses.
Still waiting for delivery and an answer via email as to when this will happen!!
Very upset daughter who wanted one of the dresses for her end of 6th form get together it’s bad enough that this isn’t what it should have been but still waiting for a delivery and communication is both frustrating and worrying to say the least!!

I am very disappointed in this company. I was really looking forward to wearing one of their dresses on Thursday the 13th that my mother got for me but it hasn’t arrived. she ordered it on the 5th of August and it’s not here. No one answers emails, the phone is not working, so why tell us to contact you on it? And where the hell is the tracking information for my mother’s order?!

I returned a dress 31st July 2020 and LBD agreed via email they would also refund my P&P. Lauren from LBD replied quickly and I was happy with the service at that time. As of yet no refund and no one answering emails. Bit worried as telephone no also out of service.

I must say I was unsure of buying my daughters prom dress from Little Black Dress after reading the reviews and seeing it had gone into administration due to COVID-19. It has been taken over by another company and I done my research to make sure all was legit! I ordered a prom dress and paid via PayPal and I am A very happy Customer! I ordered the dress on the 4th August and it arrived early this morning 7th August via DPD. They kept me updated the whole way through and my daughter is over the moon with it. She is a size 6-8 and the Small fit her perfectly requiring no alterations .. Good quality also! Thank you little black dress for a great service :)

To be honest I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews. However I ordered a dress and was really impressed with the service and delivery.

I ordered a graduation dress pre-lockdown but unfortunately it didn't fit so I returned it early march. Despite trying to make contact several times (the phone number is now out of service!?) and tweeting LBD I still have no idea if/when I'll get my refund.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - NEVER!

I ordered a dress for £119 on the 16th March using PAYPAL before lockdown. It was a lovely dress and bought for a special occasion, but arrived and was too big for me so I sent it back promptly. Sadly Covid19 then struck and we went into lockdown. At this point my dress had been returned via Royal Mail. I contacted the company and was told that due to lockdown they were temporary closed so I gave them the benefit of my doubt. I have since emailed and tried to contact them by phone. The phone number is now out of order and surprise surprise no email contact was made back to me. The disrupt is NOT with PAYPAL it is with the Little Black Dress Company who incidentally are still sending me emails on a daily basis and advertising on facebook to lure other customers. They now have my dress to re sell and also my money. I understand that covid19 has disrupted many companies and put a lot of them out of business but to not resolve your issues with your previous customers is very poor show. You have my money, so why is it not being returned to me or the other customers who have had the same done to them? My only consolation is that I had the good sense to use PAYPAL and not give this company my card details.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. They are giving all kinds of excuses which are not helpful.They are not accepting responsibility. Trying to blame PAYPAL is out of order. I should have kept the dress and sold it privately. So unless you are 100% sure that your order will actually fit you I would urge you not to buy from them and to go elsewhere. Products bought are not true to size by the way.

I actually ordered the dress on the 31st of August not 2 days ago !!! You have false advertising on your website. I am saddened by the fact of this. I don’t want the dress I just need a refund today. As stated in my email it’s is within my consumer rights to cancel a purchase with 14 days.

Ordered a dress which stated online it was in stock and would be delivered 2-5 days .... several days passed no tracking number .. several emails later still no tracking number. I have emailed to cancel the dress and get a refund, had no reply .. I then get a tracking number and the dress is coming from Australia!!!! This is a joke when online it says ok stock from the uk and will be delivered within 5 days. Cancel my dress and give me my money back I will not be accepting the dress !!!!’ Terrible service !!!!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid ...never do business with this company it’s a scam...... I ordered a dress in February this year and I returned it just before the lockdown as it was too small for me. I emailed them several times and eventually they send me an email back in June saying yes we have your dress but we are gone into liquidation contact paypal. I have contacted PayPal and they told me to take the issue up with the company . Very bad show

Purchased 3 dresses on 11/3/20, returned them for various reasons on 18/3/20, before lockdown. Total £236.99 and i am still waiting for refund. Have contacted them and they say they are in 'administration' due to Covid-19. Say they cant refund because i bought via Paypal. Absolute rubbish! They are still trading via Facebook under the same company, and all contact address, phone no and email and website are the same as before. I see from other reviews that they are processing refunds so why should i be penalised because i used Pay Pal. Do not buy from this company, the dresses are poor quality and you will not get a refund if you return them

Terrible customer service, emails and voice messages are never replied to! I have been waiting over 4 months formal refund...even with COVID this is not acceptable. DO NOT USE!!

The dress was alright (not worth how much it was and was massive). I returned it in plenty of time and 6 months later still have not got a refund! Wouldn’t recommend shopping on this site unless you’re certain you won’t need to refund.

Returned a dress on 9th March, Royal Mail confirmed they recieved the dress on 11th March. And I am still waiting for my refund!! They tried to blame covid for everything but I clearly sent the dress back before lockdown.

I will never order anything from Little Black Dress again and I would not reccomend anyone else to either as they clearly have a pattern of poor customer service and not issuing refunds.

They have essentially robbed £155 off me as they recieved the dress back. I just want my money back!!!

I returned a dress before lockdown and was entitled to a full refund. I didn't hear back from them and sent numerous emails which went unanswered until eventually they replied at the end of June saying they had gone into administration and would not be issuing a refund despite acknowledging they had received the dress.
With a little bit of research it is apparent that the owners/directors have continued to run the "new" company and have been trading all along, with the website accepting orders throughout lockdown and they even had the audacity to advertise on my Facebook page and subsequently blocked me when I made a comment about my lack of refund.
They have used COVID-19 as an excuse to sit on returns, despite being able to trade (as they didn't file for insolvency until April) and then they have basically started trading again having pocketed my money and countless others money for nothing other than lies and deception.
These people have no morals and shouldn't be allowed to be directors. I hope they are investigated and eventually shut down before taking any more money from hard working people and subsequently "go into administration" again.
I have opened my case with Paypal but don't seem to be getting anywhere.
Save your money and time and buy from a reputable company not this dishonest company.

Three orders returned between 12-17th March, one refunded on the 24th March. Lockdown started 23rd March. (Never mind taking 8 days to send them originally)

Please do not give the excuse of Covid-19 and lockdown when I was in contact with you from the 22nd and then promptly ignored (several emails) from the 27th.

I had to find you were in Administration from this website, when you clearly don't have the decency to inform your customers about this who are ALL awaiting several hundreds of pounds of refunds.

I'd also like to point that out that these guys are not officially deemed as insolvent on companies house yet either, and their terms and conditions shows a new company registered as created on 7 April 2020 - a well known trick to not pay out invoices owed under the 'old name'!

After promising refunds ,I find they have been struggling financially and bought out by another company

Absolutely shocking Company. I order two dresses from them and returned them with a receipt and they are still chasing me for money. They have taken money from me even though I returned the items.
I have sent them so many emails, which they ignore and you can not contact them by phone.
