I received my order and the system was easily set up. A small problem was promptly resolved and I have recommended linkedup alarms to all my family and friends. Will use them again if needed.

I ordered a remote control, two smoke alarms and a heat alarm. On receipt I noticed that the heat alarm was damaged. I contacted the company by email and got an immediate reply. They sent a replacement which I received in a couple of days. The system is now up and running and I am delighted with the product and the service.

Had prob with carbon monoxide alarm. While John the expert sorted that out be linked in the other alarms.

I recently ordered two sets of Scottish Government-complaint alarms for our flat, and my late Dads’ property. Linked Up Alarms gave great, regular communications at all stages of the process. Their despatch dates were adhered to, and the units seem well made too, with clear instructions for interlinking. Although it ended up being a little fiddly at first, in practical terms. No fault of theirs though! Great to also get a personal message from the owner of the company, too. That was a nice touch.

Couldn't be more helpful. Bought a set of 6 new regulation alarms, had a small issue with the order but it was immediately resolved. John went above and beyond to help us, highly recommend.

A couple of weeks ago, I ordered smoke alarms and a heat alarm on the Sunday evening. I then received confirmation and delivery update emails. The alarms arrived only four days later on the Thursday. We installed them yesterday - easy to fix to the ceilings and (after reading and following the instructions which is important) got them all linked up. Very happy with the whole ordering, delivery and installation process.

Very happy - all arrived in working order and after a couple of trial & error attempts got them all synched. Customer Service excellent - replied promptly to my email asking about a short delivery delay.
Would definitely recommend.

I looked through several sites to find a good deal for the new Linked Alarms and found LinkedupAlarms. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. The Alarms are also easy to link and fit. Definitely happy to recommend them.

Excellent company, received my order within the ETA provided despite the surge of demands.
I've got one heat alarm and 4 smoke detectors + 1 CO2. Really simple to install and interlink (I've bought the remote control for ease of use).
One smoke detector was broken on arrival (the on/off switch being a bit flimsy), and I've received a replacement within a couple of days of flagging it up! Exceptional customer service!!

Alarms arrived all well packaged and look like fairly good quality. Fitting and setting up was easy with fairly easy instructions to follow.
My only issue and it is of importance is, you need to replace all the alarms in TEN YEARS time! You will have to go through the whole process again, you cannot replace the ten year battery.
This is not mentioned when you buy the alarms it only states that the battery life is ten years.

Ordered a larger set for my family home and then another for my parents.
Had a problem with remote. Got a full refund for the remote controller and a call to walk me through the process of resetting and linking again.

Communication can at times be slow but they come across as a small and honest company.
Would recommend.

Only issue really was that they arrived late. However I did take into account the state of the world at the moment and factored in the trouble with goods around the globe. Linkedupalarms did their part and I would definitely use them again 5stars all the way

Notified about delay after placing order.
Then received one instead of two sets.
This was corrected quickly and after that two queries were dealt with within an hour.
Found devices easy to set up and install.
Would use this company again.

Ordered products however there was a delay in coming but I was notified.

I did receive one smoke alarms short contacted them and got my replacement more or less instantly so wounded fault customer service as they dealt with my query very quickly.

I placed two orders for sets of alarms on 4th and 7th February 2022. Delivery was forecast for both by 4th March and neither was delivered. Tried calling them and continually got no reply simply advised by announcement to e-mail them for a response within 24 hours. After several days I became suspicious and contacted my credit card company and raised a dispute. After I got the payment reversed the updates started yo come by e-mail and text and eventually the alarms were delivered on 19th March. The devices are not simple to set up, the pairing is not easy. Dreadful customer service, lack of order updates and poor delivery times. Would not recommend this supplier and would advise potential customers to look elsewhere for similar products.
