In less than 2 years the battery has gone on kitchen alarm, with a 10 year warranty I contacted the company but from what I can tell they are no longer running. Disappointed

I will certainly recommend Linkedupalarms to all family and friends. Alarms at a good price and excellent customer service. We had a problem with pairing so messaged them. Within half an hour someone had called me and talked me through the process. Couldn't ask for better service.

No refund not linking
Bought 3 smoke alarms and heat alarm about a couple of months age.
First of all a nightmare to link together.
Conflicting instructions!
Also still waiting on a refund on a missing remote after countless emails.
They dont answer the phone!!
I am not sure how long these alarms will last. They seem cheap imports from China!

I have still not heard from the suppliers or manufacturers but since giving each unit a good clean with the vac. there have been no false alarms. I
I was pleased with items when they arrived and first installed. All seemed to work well for a couple of weeks then the Heat alarm in the kitchen started going of for no detectable reason. I contacted Linkedup by email for advice but got no response. Problem settled then today, all alarms started going off randomly for no detectable reasons. I need advice from Linkedup but they are closed over weekend - and I am not sure I will get any response! I want to be fair to them and give them a chance but am now feeling we have been had!

Bought from this company because the alarms came with a remote. I have 3.5m ceilings. The remote does not work! Tried calling and emailing, no response! Money down the drain!

Trustworthy and caring business
I went to their shop in person, lovely staff that showed me how to fit the alarms. I got 3 smoke and 1 heat alarms for around 108 pounds which is the cheapest price I've found anywhere.

Order was a bit slow in coming from date of order, but did come on date advised. Good quality items that are easy to install and set up. Would definitely recommend this company. I had one issue and it was answered promptly by Jonathan.
