Last year I bought 5 alarms for my house. 1 heat, 1 co2 and 3 smoke detectors. 2 of the smoke detectors became faulty in no time. First one started flashing red and beeping after 1 week. And the second started to do the same after 1 month. Looked at the instructions and it just says that that means that it is faulty. So currently have no working smoke alarms down stairs which is quite unsafe actually

Linked up alarms were very helpful and kind by linking up my alarms for me being 83 years old I could not understand how to do so. Thank you very very much

I had a great experience with Linkedupalarms. Order came quickly, the product is high quality. I had an issue linking the remote to the alarms, went on to their website and spoke to customer service who called me within 5 minutes to talk me through the process.

Great value for money and fantastic customer service. Had an issue with my two smoke alarms and I needed replacements. Very quick and helpful when I contacted them by email. I returned my two faulty ones and they quickly sent me replacements and reimbursed the return postage. Three other houses in my family have these alarms so the issue didn't put me off. Would definitely recommend.

Apart from originally taking months to arrive.
The alarms will not link up properly. I recently had some food burn in my oven. Lots of smoke and alarms did not go off. Tried resetting the alarms and one of them will not link up. Read instructions and tried again same problem. Contacted company by email and got same instructions sent to me. I am very concerned that I am now being left more vulnerable to fire as its clear from the reviews that I am not the only one with problems

I have just read response from the company on trust pilot. Trust me when I say that my review is genuine.
I am not required to provide my name but I am within my rights to call out a company that has poor service and in my opinion inferior products. There’s no point in contacting them because what are they going to do? If somethings rubbish it’s rubbish! My alarms are now in the bin and I will purchase from a company that I have trust in. Should have done my homework before buying from linked up alarms.

I don’t care whether you know who I am or not it will not keep me awake at night. Any previous contact you tried to make is irrelevant as the contact I had when I first purchased your alarms was promises and excuses as to why the alarms were months late in arriving. Frankly when the alarms failed to work as they should I should not have been surprised. I had no wish to listen to excuses as to why that was the case but decided to scrap the alarms and buy from another source. I don’t wish to seek compensation or a refund, I will put my dealings with your company down to experience.
If my review had no credibility or basis in fact then I am sure when I sent my evidence to trust pilot they would have removed it. So just suck it up and let that be an end to the matter.

After ordering fire alarms for my in laws we discovered one had something wrong with it. Since it had taken a while to get someone to fit them for us, I thought it might be a problem. I was delighted that was not the case, and a replacement was sent straight away. Such good customer service! Thank you!
