I have been keen to engage with this company to supply some smoke/heat alarms but I am really struggling to get them to contact me despite leaving my details several times on voicemails and requesting call backs.

The products sound quite good although I did have concerns over the number of other reviewers that mentioned faulty units (which were generally replaced promptly). A lack of reliability in something so critical has got to be a bit of a worry.

However, the fact that they don't seem interested in contacting me, even before they have my money has got to be a concern. What are my chances of getting through to them if the alarms don't work or I need some advice further down the line?

So, I am now looking elsewhere for my alarms.

When I was researching a purchase of linked alarms I found I had made a good choice with linked up alarms.
They gave good advice on installing which I downloaded and used to set up the alarms.
The alarms were delivered on time at a good price and I would recommend this company highly.

Many thanks to John who, very patiently, helped me link up my alarm system today over the phone. It now works as it should. With his help it was easy peasy. Shame it took me nearly a year to contact the company for help!

Our fellow electrician told us about linkedupalarms so we decided to use their products and they have been very good our own customers are please with these alarm as they are very reasonably priced and the service with the company is excellent any problems ad their quick to help great doing business with them .
