I called Lily with a computer issue after an update had taken place. I spoke with Chris who immediately logged onto my computer to fix the issue. After initially thinking the problem was fixed it happened again once we had disconnected. I rang back and Chris looked at the problem again. He researched some stuff and after changing/updating several other things he fixed the problem. He also took some time out to change little things that hadn't come over with the initial update like printing preferences. He was very friendly and professional. I can't recommend him enough for sorting the issues out for me as it was driving me crazy. We even had a little joke in between which was nice, especially after having been on the telephone to each other for most of the morning.

Chris Grimes helped me with a range of issues relating to our onboarding and two new PCs. He listened to my issues and my suggestions and we worked successfully to conclude 5 items in one phone call. An excellent experience. I have dealt with other staff at Lily who are also very helpful but Chris's knowledge was superb.
