I have dealt with Lily Comms for several years, new phone systems, wifi, mobiles etc, and found the company excellent, WHY? because there is always someone available to talk to, should i have any problems, however to stand out members of staff Mathew Hawkins and Andrew Ayre are off the scale with regards help so a big thankyou, also there I.T. department whenever i have an issue are always on hand. Are Lilly the cheapest? or most expensive? i have no idea, time is money, problems need solving, answers are needed. That's why i keep my business with the Lilly Team 5 stars from us here at HP Fabric

I recently acquired another business and decided to switch our telephony service from the current provider to Lily Comms. The service I received throughout the entire process was outstanding.

From the outset, Euan, my account manager, handled all the arrangements seamlessly and made the transition incredibly straightforward. The engineer, Jason, was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful during the installation.

The aftercare support was equally impressive. Benny went above and beyond to ensure that every change I required was completed before ending the call, which was greatly appreciated.

Well done to everyone at Lily Comms - it’s refreshing to see a company where excellent customer service is clearly at the heart of everything they do.

I had a great experience with the IT support team- Jacob in particular was extremely helpful. He was quick to respond, knowledgeable, and resolved my issue efficiently.

We recently worked with Chris Grimes at Lily Comms to deploy Claude Code within a Linux isolated environment across 10 users at DNASTREAM. It wasn't a straightforward implementation — there were real technical challenges along the way — but Chris handled every step with patience, diligence, and a methodical approach that gave us confidence throughout.

The rollout completed successfully and all 10 users are now up and running. Chris communicated clearly at each stage and never cut corners. Exactly the kind of support you want when you're dealing with a technically complex deployment.

My new iphone managed to delete my business email. Ashley remained calm and when all around was losing the will! He talked me through it and I cannot thank him enough. He saved a new iphone from being thrown out of a window ! He's an absolute star !

The service received and customer service has been poor, unexpected and inconsistent billing, booked engineers who don't turn up on date and time specified. Would strongly advise to look elsewhere for IT support.
