I have bought all the lights in my apartment from Lighting By Gregory. Not only do they have a fantastic selection in the store, but when I broke one recently and called them, they were able find the exact replacement and had it delivered to me the next day.

I wanted lighting that makes me feel like I walked into the future and I now have it! Some beautiful Italian lights for the bedroom and gorgeous German lights for the living room. Expensive but definitely worth it. You can see and feel the quality difference. Also some clean super-modern minimalist lighting fixtures. I love them all!

Box arrived with a gaping hole on the side. Lamp has dent, not on the lamp itself but on one of the metal top halves that connect the chain to the lamp.

I received two lights, one was broken. they asked for photos of box and light and then sent me a replacement for the broken one, and the replacement had two light fixtures vs the 3 it is supposed to come with.

As a designer, I thoroughly enjoy working with David Silverstein. He is so knowledgeable about the products he is selling and i feel totally confident that the order will be delivered without any issues.

I do have a problem, however, with Lighting By Gregory's impossible return policy. If I am buying something sight unseen, it is sometimes difficult to assess how the item will look and fit in the space for which it is planned. If Lighting By Gregory had a more cooperative policy for returns or exchanges, I would shop at the showroom more often.
