As per the other comments this appalling company just does not care about you and your pension pot. I was forced into using them by my company, as soon as I leave the job I will be moving what's left of my rapidly diminishing pot, if there's anything left at all, to another provider. Try complaining and you are given the brush off. Stay as far away from them as you can get.

As with Rob a few days ago, I am having a ridiculously difficult time trying to get my pension pot out. I also had no issue at all getting pension funds from two other companies.
Every time I email I get an encrypted answer back which is stupidly hard to unzip.
There is an online portal that I have access to; why on earth would they not respond via that???!!! Instead I get a response that they hope to get back to me within five to ten working days!!
This company is an absolute disgrace, and I would strongly advise against using them.

I tried moving my pension away from these guys into a single pot. I had no issues whatsoever with my other two pension providers, but the process here is incredibly difficult. So difficult, you have to conclude it's been purposely designed in order to keep collecting fees from the customers money they hold. I really resent that my previous employer made me use these guys instead of any other provider.

On my pension guide literature it gave them glowing positive helpful provider.
Unfortunately my experience is the opposite.I took my pension as 2 lump sums. I had been given a figure about 40k .The first payment credited to my account without prior advice that took ten day after and told my non taxable amount and tax taken which was 2k more than it should have been. I emailed them no response asked when 2payment would be sent no response. When it finally came it was 8k less than I was expecting.I emailed them no response I phoned them no response. After calling twice same day. I was told letter in post asked for it in email no response! I don't have an active useid or password so never able to check. Unfortunately my other pension is with them so now concerned that will get screwed up too

Most unhelpful customer service. For some reason they have changed my userid. i keep asking for assistance and why my id was changed and just keep getting sent a standard email with userid that doesnt exist! useless and unfortunately they have all my pension! Im still no closer to getting my pension info after nearly a MONTH!!!!!!!

Forced by employer to transfer into LifeSight, operated by Willis Towers Watson. They transferred the funds and then stopped me from making any investment choices for 2.5 months whilst they sorted admin. Meanwhile my pension fund loses 10% of its value, and I am unable to do anything about it. Useless firm. Useless Website. You call them and they can't help you. Will only take complaints in writing. So you email them and you get a response saying it takes 10 working days to respond. 4 Weeks later, I get a response. Awful customer service, useless with Pensions.

Pretty appalling really. The customer helpdesk are always helpful and pleasant to deal with, but don't have the access they need to look at anything other than you can access yourself via your personal account. That's when they say "I'll have to raise it with the team and they will get back to you". Over the past 3-4 months this "team call back" level of support has been appalling. IF they ever call back, its weeks after the query, and usually far too late to be helpful. They failed to make my first month's pension payment at the end of April, and there have been several issues since then. The latest is they have removed twice what I requested to withdraw this month. What a mess. I can't speak to anyone who can deal with it directly. They are a complete joke, and I am looking at options to transfer.

archaic login and password reset technology that needs a person in their customer service team to action through sending a letter head pdf! Totally manual, error prone and old tech. this does not give a good impression of their capability or use of the best and latest technology. Completely unintuitive error messages and no differentiation between a 'locked account' and an invalid new password. could make a long list of improvements needed to this site..

Mijn Lifesight geeft vooral veel informatie over je totale pensioeninkomen bij andere maatschappijen. Maar een duidelijk antwoord op de ontwikkeling van je pensioen bij Lifesight krijg je niet. Via de telefoon krijg je dames aan de lijn die niet weten waar het over gaat. En op vragen via de mail krijg je niet het antwoord dat wordt gevraagd.
WTW is geen aanrader, niet bereikbaar, geen advies, wel kosten. Helaas heeft mijn werkgever voor deze slechte club gekozen.

I am having the exact same trouble with Lifesight (Willis Towers Watson) as previous review.
Trying to merge 2 pensions both with lifesight! Been trying for 3 months now, just as previous review I find them incompetent, slow and get conflicting information each time I ring, “it will be merged within the week” “it will be merged within 7-10 working days” “just complete one form” “you need to compete more forms” “the process has started” “I don’t know why it’s not complete”! (Some of the answers I get back from customer services)!
I’ve now made a complaint but heard nothing from a manager or complaints officer.
What is wrong with these people?!

I have never seen such level of incompetence, slowness, conflicting responses and misleading information EVER! I've been trying to move my pension from 1 provider to another, both of which are part of willis towers watson for the past 6 months without success. I can't believe my employer trust our pensions with such a company. My patience is running thin so I'm thinking about putting a case to the regulator with an official complaint. This is totally ridiculous.

Als je een vraag hebt reken er dan op dat je eerst tegenvragen krijgt. Tussen iedere vraag en respons zit 2 weken. De antwoorden zijn soms kort, kil en haastig. Als je je aandelen portefeuille wil aanpassen duurt een ingevoerde mutatie minimaal een maand voordat deze is door gevoerd in je portefeuille. De enorme infovoorziening op de site is onnodig ingewikkeld en uiteraard mist de info die je echt nodig hebt. Waardeloos.
