Kristine flanagan was our first aid trainer on thursday the 18th of june 2026. I have to say she was a fantastic trainer from start to finish... Informative, knowledgable, accurate, precise and explained all topics extremely well and easy to understand. Kristine made the class feel at ease and while the training was very important she made the training fun with her amazing personality and friendliness. I have worked as a social care worker for 11 years for BCBC and in that time i have attended many first aid refresher training courses to keep in complience and i have to say this was by far the best one, I was also sad to hear that Kristine was teaching her last training course which was ours.. I would like to take this opportunity to wish kristine all the best in her career for the future and im sure she will do extremely well. Thank you for sharing your expertise and i now feel a lot more confident in applying first aid should the needs ever arise.

Kristine delivered an excellent Emergency First Aid training experience today. She made everyone very comfortable, and she drew from her vast experience in the field of Health and Social Care to make the subject very relevant to all of us, all the while maintaining a relaxed, supportive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning and she made the training fun which is no mean feat considering the topic at hand.
