Was nervous about this because our last outsourced BD experience left us with meetings that fell through at the last minute, and a few genuinely awkward calls where the prospect had no idea why we were on the line.
I liked Clientflows style as they qualify hard and are predictable.

To be honest was skeptical going in cause the last agency we used just spammed everyone on linkedin and called it BD, half the meetings were people who didnt even remember booking the call.
Good thing about this is they does actual qualification first. We signed the meeting definition which sounds obvious but apparently isnt common. It’s been our 5th month and I’d say they hit their numbers that they said so everything is going well.

I own a cybersecurity/grc search for over 8 years now and have been doing BD myself for almost all that time as my team didn’t cross 6.
Last year, I really felt the need to outsource BD as it was a main bottleneck and Jalal mentioned I was in that feast or famine revenue swings I didnt’ know how to manage both side while also focusing and raising my two kids.
This was my first time hiring so i was too cautious but thankfully i made the right choice. So far i’ve did 6 placements from their conversations. A lot for me don’t touching the BD so return is high for me

We run a boutique exec search practice and before this we'd tried two other BD outfits, both promised a calendar full of decision maker meetings and mostly delivered HR generalists who weren't hiring anything above director level. Clientflow actually understood what a retained mandate conversation needs to look like before they'll book it. First two months felt slow honestly, then it picked up. 7-8 genuinely qualified meetings a month since Feb, closed 6 retained searches off the back of them. Not every meeting converts obviously but at least now I'm not sitting across from someone with no budget and no authority to hire.
