Visited the West Bromwich store before Christmas and enjoyed a terrific service experience. Mike Hill in particular was knowledgeable, helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
Purchased a bike and the entire process was superb. Well done Mike and Leisure Lakes!

Did what i expected…..good product, on time and easy to exchange.

Troy Lee helmet finally came!!!
Royal mails fault , not leisure lakes.
The staff was very helpful all the way through.
The helmet arrived today and looks perfect for my son.
Just in time for Christmas!!
Thanks leisure lakes staff!!

This was a really good purchase which I had not been able to find elsewhere. The service was prompt and the Beanie wrapped securely. Highly recommended.

Professional and helpful team. Great sales and loyalty program. Highly recommend using this store.

A very good service.
I ordered a bike from the internet which was assigned to Leisure Lakes West Brom as my nearest store. I got lots of updates about the order and an email to confirm the delivery day.
I rang on the day of the delivery and the lady at the store, rang the driver and then rang me back with an ETA. When the driver arrived I was very impressed with the solid rack in the back of the van and the driver even told my wife that I got a cracking deal to pick the bike up for £300. The bike arrived without any packaging for to dispose of and other than charging the Di2 battery and screwing pedals on is ready to ride.
I am very impressed with this service and will certainly be using Leisure Lakes again.

From the 1st click on the website to when I picked up my bike from in store, the whole process was professional and the communication was clear. would happily recommend

Bought a bike from here about 2 months ago. Have since bought accessories and found them very helpful. Nice team with an interest in cycling and you as a customer.Down to earth and friendly. So far no complaints. Recommend these people if you want to buy a decent bike

Good advice from experienced cyclists and a very personal service. Spot on!

Excellent service. Bike was well prepared, informative handover, and they helped me load it into the car for transport home. Thanks team.

Took my bike into the West Brom store to get a new chain fitted and the gears re-indexed, excellent service from Pete the mechanic, he even took it round the block for a spin to make sure it was spot on…😁. I’ll definitely be using the store again when needed, thanks.

Purchased an ebike from West Brom store today. Absolutely great service from initial phone conversation, to sourcing my bike, setting it up and explaining everything I needed to know. Particular thanks to Mike and Danny who made the purchase both easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend the store, great products and friendly staff.

No issues, very efficient

I bought a new 2022 Trek Marlin 8 from Leisure Lakes West Bromwich online recently. Within a few days it was delivered fully assembled and everything checked & set FOC to my house by Dave who was brilliant. He explained everything to me & we discussed importance of maintenance. I shall be taking my bike back to Leisure Lakes West Brom for its free first service & have no hesiation to use them for ongoing servicing and spares. I highly recommend Leisure Lakes West Bromwich to anybody interested in purchasing or servicing bikes in the West Midlands.

Fantastic staff. Shoutout to Mike for covering my bike in invisiframe. Legend.
