I've found LegalWills to be a good and flexible product, having come from another online Wills company that was too restrictive (unless I paid a lot more for a custom Will). The LegalWils platform is a bit dated and clunky to use but it does the job ok. I really liked that I could download my Will in Microsoft Word format which allowed me to make a few final tweaks and apply my format to the Will. I've found LegalWills to be very responsive and helpful when I've had questions or needed help. There are a number of add-on products so you need to check what you will need to pay for. Overall, I would highly recommend LegalWills.

I live in France so I needed a will in England that didn't interfere with the one I have here so this was ideal. Really easy to follow and everything was explained clearly. Great that I didn't need to go to a solicitor in person. Very happy with the result

As usual Legal Wills performed very well. I only reduced by one star because I keep getting review reminders from Trust Pilot, which is annoying.

I found the MyWill package very comprehensive, although some items come at extra cost. Such as the review service, although this was fully worth it. On the downside, I found that using the "wizard" frustrating at times as one is then completing the document "blind". It is necessary to exit the "wizard" and view the Will to see how things went together.

Just renewal been with LagalWills for a number of years always very helpful and friendly.

This website is really easy to use. The help section gives clear guidance and the process of deciding what you want to say in your Will is easy to understand and well laid out. Your can print out a draft for review and then go back and adjust, as required.

Very helpful online staff, as I live in Spain and had some questions regarding my UK Will, but they were answered in a timely and efficient manner. Always there to help and advise.
