I was delighted with the advice and support I received from Jenny Gillespie. I can’t praise her highly enough. She genuinely cares about her customer and took her time to get the best deal available, answering questions and giving advice, each step of the way. I never make a decision on the spot, I always think things over before making any final decision but I felt so confident with her support and advice that I purchased home insurance immediately. She truly is an asset to this company. I’ll definitely use this company again and ask for Jenny specifically. It’s important to add that there was a very friendly vibe to the office in general.

Excellent, Reliable Service
I have used Laurie Ross for 7 years re my Car Insurance. All the employees are happy to explain the insurance premium to you in a most professional, yet straightforward manner. I also like the fact that they will try to find a better (cheaper) premium in the event that a client wishes them to do so. Definitely a case of putting the client first. I have often referred LR to friends of mine who are looking for another broker.
