Our second visit to Larsen’s gave us the opportunity to meet the lovely Jacinta. This time for a 40th anniversary ring. Thanks Jacinta for helping us design an exquisite piece of jewellery. I’m sure we will find another occasion to visit Larsen’s again soon.

We had an amazing experience designing and creating such a special engagement ring. We dealt with Fleur who was nothing short of amazing. So personable and made the experience so easy and smooth. I highly recommend Larsen jewellery to anyone looking for such a high quality experience all round.

Lulu was fantastic! She explained the four C's of diamonds (colour, cut, clarity, carat) and then offered practical advice about what the most important aspects in choosing a diamond, what you could see and what you couldn't ("eye-clean"). She was knowledgeable in all aspects of the ring and helped us navigate the limitless possibilities to design a ring that perfectly suited our style and budget. Overall a top notch experience at Larsen and I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Had a lovely experience creating wedding bands with Larsen. Emma was our jewellery designer and we worked with her to create something custom. There was a bit of back and forth as initially the design wasn't what I had in mind but with some feedback we got there in no time.

My only regret is not going through Larsen for my engagement ring!

Communication was excellent – responsive, clear, and easy at every step. The design process was super smooth, and when the ring was ready (delivered early!), it honestly exceeded our expectations. The craftsmanship is stunning and the moment we first saw it was a genuine "wow" moment.

The studio feels both premium and homely, which made the whole experience welcoming rather than intimidating. The aftercare is a great bonus too – resizing for a year, annual cleaning, and a lifetime warranty give real peace of mind.

We left feeling heard, supported, and incredibly happy. Larsen didn’t just deliver a ring – they delivered an experience we’ll always remember. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a meaningful, personal, and beautifully crafted piece of jewellery.

Our experience with Larsen was phenomenal. My fiancé and I had our engagement rings designed and made by Larsen and we could not be happier with the process and the outcome. Soukata stepped us through the design process with immense patience and extraordinary expertise, working through various uncertainties and changes of minds, and helping us to conceptualise our ideas through drawings, renderings and even physical mockups in person with creative use of blu tack, existing bands and loose stones. I went in a bit uncertain about what I wanted, and I was very patiently stepped through multiple options and helpfully guided as to how small elements I knew I liked could be combined into my dream ring down to the very finest of details I would never have thought of. We investigated various other companies when looking for rings, but found Soukata and Larsen to be the only place we really trusted. Unlike other places, Larsen is truly customised, not just making minor tweaks to an existing list of designs. There was no sales pitch or pressure - just a clear demonstration of expert skill and knowledge. We found the price point relatively comparable with other places we looked at, but with much more on offer. My fiancé’s ring is fully customised with unique engraving with special meaning to us, and my ring is an amalgamation of multiple design elements I loved. We are constantly complimented on our rings and found everyone in the team to be super helpful, talented and human - not the production line feel you get at other places. Can’t wait to go back to Larsen for our wedding rings!

We had an excellent experience at Larsen Jewellery. Lulu was professional, friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. The first ring I tried is the one I ultimately chose but she walked us through all the options and guided us through the process.

We have been dealing John from Larsen Jewellery for 3 years now and have found each and every visit, experience absolutely wonderful. Why? What makes him different? Firstly we started off with a workshop experience where we learned first hand the process and art to make a ring, dare I say a ring. A piece of art as each is different and crafted by hand. Yes of course we left plenty of work for John to finish our wedding rings. Experiencing the process, starting from a piece of metal to final product was a key learning to appreciate the work, the effort and artistry that goes into a handmade piece of jewellery.
Secondly, John was always helpful and patient with us, not only during the workshop but through all the visits we had.

Thirdly, I have been able to pull of some surprise pieces with John for my wife as well. During that process he helped me to design and make sure we creat something special that would suit her. What I appreciated was that he never tried to upsell or push for a higher priced piece but rather looked at the best fit, shape and form, keeping his artistic outlook.
Last but not least , he is a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to collect the next suprise for my wife soon.
