Everyone at Larsen was really warm, friendly and great to deal with. Lulu designed the perfect ring based on my quite specific specifications, it was built on time, and when I went to pick it up I was thrilled to see it was exactly what I'd envisioned and hoped for. All in all an absolutely wonderful experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Larsen again.

Phoebe was an absolute pleasure to work with. What started as a simple enquiry about redesigning my old engagement ring quickly became a collaborative and enjoyable design experience. She even helped me sort through my old jewellery so I could put the credit toward my new piece.

Her warmth, patience, and talent for translating ideas into a beautiful design made the process wonderful from start to finish. Even with a couple of small hiccups in the follow‑up, the overall experience and her care throughout were excellent. I’m thrilled with the final result and definitely recommend her.

Larsen Jewellry were so easy to deal with from start to finish. If you're not in a hurry (which I wasn't) you'll get exactly what you want. Good things take time so give them enough... I booked a meeting on line and was given a jeweller to speak to. They listened carefully to what I wanted and got it right first try. They will ask the right questions to get an understanding of what you want and ask for information that you can provide to help the process along. I could not be happier with the result.

My experience with Larsen Jewellery has been wonderful. I knew next to nothing regarding ring design but knew that I wanted to create a unique piece for my proposal and landed on Larsen Jewellery through a friends recommendation. Through my consultations with John, we created a ring that was both beautiful and encapsulated parts of my relationship with my now Fiance. John was very informative and gave me thorough advice on placement, gems, settings and cuts down to the different types of gold which would work best. It gave me the confidence to workshop a few ideas and everytime I came back with a new idea he sketched it out exactly as it looked in my mind and was able to source all the gems exactly as it was sketched out. He was literally turning dreams into realities and now I couldn't recommend Larsen Jewellery enough to anyone I come across who asks about the ring, and that has been a lot of people thanks to how eye catching and unique it is.

We worked with Lulu to design my wedding band to match my heirloom engagement ring. Lulu was fantastic in listening to the style we wanted and giving design suggestions to make our design come to life. Larsen were very communicative throughout the process (which was relatively quick) and the final ring is beautifully made!
