I rang up and discussed my order with a very helpful lady who answered all my questions and explained the process. I then placed my order for the sapphire and white gold earrings and was kept constantly up to date with the process and delivery. I also received an authenticity and an valuation certificate. I was not able to view a real sized product before i purchased despite many phone calls, online chats and a physical store visit. While the dimensions on the website were accurate and product is of very high quality, it was hard to visualise the size of the item before I purchased. I probably would have bought the larger ones if I had seen them first. Also an automated tax invoice on purchase would have been appreciated. Although when I reached out via email to ask for one, it was provided promptly.
