Great experience from start to finish. I had all my window and doors replaced by Lancashire Double Glazing. All the people I dealt with were polite and professional, and I was especially impressed with the installers and how tidy they were.
The house is much warmer than it was before, very happy customer😁

What a fantastic company, exactly what we wanted, delivered and installed on time which is a rare occasion in the building trade.
The quality and finish of the product is first class, actually better than I expected! The fitters were efficient and professional and despite a very large and difficult 5.6m slider installation did an impeccable job. My mind is still blown as to how the small team actually managed to Manoeuvre the frame in to position so effectively.

Just had bifolds and windows fitted and they are beautiful . Very professional fitters and the salesman was helpful and not pushy .

Asking Lancashire Double Glazing Group Ltd to build an extension to our property was the worst decision we have ever made. We experienced problems from the outset and the “guarantee” they offered proved to be worthless. After Lancashire Double Glazing made around 24 visits to inspect/attempt to repair ongoing leaks to the roof we eventually had to seek redress through the courts for breach of contract. They failed to turn up for the mediation appointment arranged by the court, failed to follow the directions of the court, and failed to attend the court hearing. Needless to say, we would not recommend having any dealings with this company.

🤩..Had my 3 doors fitted today around my bungalow. Front / Back / and door into garage. Excellent service I have to say. Lovely man ( Mark ) was the fitter. Very tidy / fast / good worker. Love my L.D.G. DOORS. ✅️ They look fantastic. I would use this company again for definite 👌✅️. Thank you .

I had our new house fully re fitted with windows and doors. The price was great and the quality of the products and workmanship was fabulous. I am over the moon. I would highly recommend Lancashire Double Glazing for all your requirements.

Installation customer service team: I’d sent an email on 24th April to request end caps for my door. They had fallen off. I sent photos. After much chasing up (by email and phone) I got an engineer round (a lovely guy, nothing against him) on 7th Aug (!) to put on the end caps. Turns out those he brought were for a different door type so he needed to order the right ones.
An appointment was made (again after more chasing) to fit the new ones on 1st Sept. No show. I called the installation team: ‘the engineer is running late’. Still not show and no call back. I called back today because they didn’t bother to call me and was told that I’m booked in for 17th Sept. I didn’t know that, wasn’t called and again I chased.
As I said, the chap who came out, Dave, was lovely but the services/installation team in the office say the right things on the phone but I now know not to trust anything I’m told.

From order in person to fit, LDG friendly, helpful and professional plus their prices are extremely reasonable. 100% recommend!

What a difference a window makes! My husband and I were looking for a very specific type of bay window for our period property in Blackpool, that required special planning permission. Lancashire Double Glazing couldn't have been more helpful from start to finish. We dealt with a very courteous salesperson called Tony who assisted the architect with our successful planning application and when it came to the actual manufacture of the window, the workmanship was second to none. During the installation, the lads were not only swift and efficient but they left zero mess behind. You could have eaten your dinner off the floor. A wonderful experience. Recommended.

From start to finish all the workers involved from LDG were top notch! I would recommend them to anyone thinking of an extension! All the trades followed on seamlessly and the job was done to a very high standard! THANKS FOR A WONDERFUL JOB!
