We got LDG in to construct our new extension, they were over £5000 cheaper than any of the other builders we approached, they were running behind due to the extreme wet weather of the summer, they started on the Friday and made a good start, unfortunately the wet weather returned and made progress slow. The building team were fantastic and worked really hard, in what could only be described as challenging conditions, the 10 day time frame to construct the outer walls turned into 3 weeks due to the bad autumn weather. We had a date for the new kitchen to be fitted, it looked like it was going to gave to be put back, but the whole team including roofers, builders, electricians, plasterers, plumbers, worked their socks off to get it finished with a couple of days to spare, the only disappointment is a small leak to the roof which they have been back to, to sort out we are now just waiting for rain, which after the amount we have had since June and frequency will not be long to see if it has been sorted, they project managed the construction from start to finish and kept the noise down as my wife works nights so she could get some sleep. We could not give 5 stars due to the leak and lack of communication keeping us informed of progress and time frame.

Competitive and friendly approach. Recently had some sash windows fitted, the fitters were professional and did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. We had a couple of unfinished areas, they took a little longer to come and fix but once addressed we were really pleased with the finished look.

The salesman Ken wasn’t pushy and very knowledgeable and helpful. Price was competitive and the fitting was faultless. Really starting to notice the difference now the weather is turning bad.

All members of the workforce from first contact to planning, construction and installation have worked diligently, to high standard and nothing too much trouble. The Leaseholders of a block of privately owned apartments will have the building safe, watertight and warm for the first time in years. Thanks to the good communication between customer and departments, and with the contractors on site, the job was achieved in good time despite the vicious weather conditions at play.

Amazing service ! I recently had aluminium bifolds fitted and they open up my kitchen to the garden perfect, the two fitters harry and Scott were professional, covered everything with dust sheets and cleaned up to a top standard when they were finished. Really happy with the outcome and the jobs were done in perfect timing !

Recently had all of our windows and doors changed to anthracite grey, it was easy from start to finish. The two fitters Scott And Harry worked very hard and nothing was a problem for them. A credit to the company. I would definitely reccomend LDG to anybody.

Just recently had our windows fitted from a Lancashire double glazing. We had a few minor issues after the install, but was rectified within 24 hours. Would highly recommend this company.

Great job , I was a little hesitant choosing LDG. I had a bad experience using another local company.
LDG fitted new windows to the rear of my house. Someone came to measure and decided on a style, with my wife.
The fitters arrived on the day . They put down dust sheets on the carpets and over the furniture. It only took a day and the house was spotless when leaving . I will be using them again next year to change the roof on my conservatory.

I had all my Windows replaced by Lancashire double glazing last week. Received a brilliant service job was completed sufficiently lads cleaned up well.. so happy with the work. Simon the installation manager was also professional. Highly recommend this company.
