My dad decided to sell his house and we contacted Lanarkshire Law. Hugh came out and went through everything with us and explained the procedure thoroughly. I contacted LLEA in early September when we had decided to move. I was offered a free valuation, and Hugh came to the house on the following day. He was so nice and friendly, but professional. He stated the company's terms (which I thought were very decent) clearly, and also gave me some figures from the legal department for selling and buying property. This was very helpful in planning our budget.
A few days later we put a verbal offer on a house, and contacted Lanarkshire Law Solicitors to do our conveyancing. We also spoke to Hugh again to ask him to sell ours. The process was so smooth and painless. I only had to make the house presentable, and Hugh and the team did everything else. I was kept informed about all the steps. They arranged for the photographer and the surveyor to arrive at convenient times. The house was sold a week after it went online, and Kelly, who had been phoning me with updates, genuinely seemed just as happy as we were with the results. I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend LLEA to anyone wishing to sell property.
