Ordered some lights which they said they had in stock, almost 4 weeks and several emails/online chats later I still havent received them. 2 weeks after the order, I was told by Lynn that they would be sent out the next day and tracking would be provided.
Obviously, they weren't sent and I received no communication from them. Chased them again during the 3rd week as I was getting a bit concerned that these guys were not legit. I sent emails, tried calling them, responded to what communication I did have and nothing in response.
Received an email 2 days ago saying the order had been cancelled and as yet no sign of a refund. No apologies, no communication and no sign of the money being refunded. Luckily, I took photos of our online chat conversation as it seems to of dissapeared!
I would advise giving this company a miss and going elsewhere. Do not waste your time or risk losing your money with these guys, avoid at all costs!!!

Eventually after much hassle I managed cancel my order and was promised a refund , which never arrived! Eventually I ordered very similar lights from B and Q , they were cheaper and arrived within days. Save yourself a lot of hassle an purchase elsewhere.

No reply to emails chasing returned lamps
I bought three lamps which stopped charging. Initially I was pleased that Lampsy communicated and sent me a return label to send them back. I did this in September. I chased up many times. I got one reply in October apologising for the delay but the agent needed to check with the warehouse. I wrote the reference I was given on both the return label and on a large piece of paper in the box. Since then all chasing emails have been ignored. What is happening? Awful service and I fear they have lost my lamps.

I ordered, paid and received the order confirmation a couple of weeks ago. Since then, nothing. I emailed their customer service yesterday and expect no reply. Their website has several broken links now. Do not order from this company.

Ordered 2 lamps which were showing as in stock but heard nothing after a couple of weeks. Emailed asking to cancel my order as Argos could deliver next day direct from supplier. Was told my order was cancelled and I'd receive a refund but again this never came, customer service is almost non existent and I've now received an email from the original email address stating the company is under new ownership and they have no access to the old systems so I now have to go through my bank although no mention of this up until now.
Shocking service and I'm sure probably not true information having read other reviews - steer very clear!!!

Order said 3 days. Had an Electrian booked. Nothing has arrived well over a month later. I had one reply saying last week it would be delivered but no news since . Sent 4 emails and no response. Risky buying from this company
They lie about stock
Items listed as 'in stock' dispatch 5-7 days. I waited 7 days and they simply cancelled the order, no explanation, nothing. This is fraud, you are intentionally misleading customers by saying it's in stock when it isn't.

This company strung me out for months regarding an order. Repeatedly said it was coming, reassured me and then went into liquidation after refusing to refund.

Wow, should have read the reviews, they are by far the worst ever online company I have ever dealt with, ordered goods 20 days ago and no shock still waiting. I have tried to contact the company but to no avail, you would think the so called owners of the business would be looking at client reviews and would be taking serious action to sort out their mess, I won’t hold my breath.

Ordered 2 pendants, received an order update but no shipping information.
Waited 7 working days as shipping said 5-7. Still no info, the website suggests to track through the order/app but there is zero info on there it just says “ordered placed date xxx”
I have sent 5 online chat requests and 3 emails and had no response.

Placed my order on 18th September and as of today, 6th October, no signs of it arriving anytime soon. Can only presume Lampsy have stock issues which aren’t communicated with customers. Never received a reply to email from a week ago, either.
Worried I won't get my money back
I order three matching ceiling lights for my kitchen. One was broken. They agreed to replace it. After several weeks they gave me a date when new stock was due. That date came and went and I am still not able to get a response from them. I'm worried that they won't send the produce or give me a refund and that I'm stuck with a hole in my ceiling for the third matching light.

Lampsy do not publish a telephone number on their website. So when something goes wrong it works in their favour . They do not respond to email . Their messaging service doesn’t work also . The MD Michael Duncan is nowhere to be contacted . So if you have a complaint you can make one through Nordlux themselves .nordlux. com/en-gb/about-
They are selling lamps with two pin plugs which is illegal . They sent me one !
So I will send a photo to Trading Standards who can deal with Lampsy .
