DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THEIR DEPOSIT BONUSES. I have played on at least 50 sweepstake casino platforms from all over the world and this place is very fishy. It’s like no matter what you do you will lose. I know a lot of these slot games very well and the RTP on everything seems extremely off. So either they have throttled down the RTP on the games and it’s much harder to win or they are a clone website and a straight up scam. If love to know anyone that may have successfully withdrawn from here because I just have a feeling it’s not going to be possible.

So…if you want to play to play I guess go for it. But seriously if you are actually trying to win anything just DON’T. There are plenty of wonderful platforms to choose from that are not so slimy feeling. Check out my other reviews I have a couple good ones that have reviewed that yall would love.

I purchased an $89.99 package with 200 SC. Based on Lady Lucka's own support explanation, 110 SC was bonus and should have a 5x playthrough requirement (~550 SC). Instead, my account showed approximately 3,500 SC in required playthrough, equivalent to over 30x the bonus amount.

I've now been waiting five weeks for this to be resolved. Despite numerous follow-ups, I've received no meaningful updates, resolution, or estimated timeframe.

It's incredibly frustrating to have money tied up for over a month due to an apparent issue on their end, with seemingly no urgency to resolve it.

Very disappointing customer service experience.

I’m not some mad player who gambled all their money away, and am mad about it & coming here to vent. My problem is that they let me make a purchase before anything was verified, and I didn’t find out that my state wasn’t available for me to choose to be able to fully verify, and redeem any potential winnings in the future. Reached out to customer service and I can’t find even the slightest trace of my doing so. Basically they took my money and are ignoring me now

My account is deactivated and they still send me 20 emails a day. I have requested to be removed from the email list 100 times. They send me 20 emails a day. There is no unsubscribe button in emails, which is illegal due to the US-CAN Spam Act. They are a predatory site and I recommend playing elsewhere. You'll never be rid of them.

This company confiscated close to 500 SC coins (worth around $500) and will provide no explanation why in response to emails.

Trash site, high playthrough required & very poor gaming providers there are really only a few choices and the games look like their 26 years old.

you try and make a purchase and none of the 8 provided ways of payment work, the third parties only steal your personal information, and you go to ladyluckas customer support, they dont reply for 3 days, its what it says right in the support chat

I made account on September 4th made a purchase after that they lock my account and will not contact me and I wouldn't give him a star I give them negative star

Um y'all just stole 40 from me because I didn't receive this package that I bought. BETTER FIX IT

First ever site that my KYC was denied and my account blocked. When questioning support, they replied that it was denied for "different reasons." No actual explanation or reason.

I deposited $90 to this site and played blackjack until I was at $419 and was ready to cash out. Upon going to cash out, I was asked to do KYC as you normally do when cashing out from social casinos. It asked me to put my address in which I started doing until I got to the state part. When I went to put Illinois as the state, I realized that they did not have Illinois as a state. Yet they let me deposit and gamble for over an hour. Even though they do not offer their services in Illinois. Where is the geo checker? Every online casino ever is required to know the exact location of every player and if that player is in a state that is not supported then that player is not allowed to wager real money or "SC" Yet this casino did. Which made me question its legitimacy. So I attempted to contact their support. I have attempted to open 5 tickets now, none of which received a response or even showed a support ticket was created. So, that being said, this casino is very clearly not real and I would stay FAR AWAY unless you want to donate money to a SCAMMER! I have all the screenshots to prove it but Trust Pilot doesn't have a way to upload them.
