My experience with Koru Kids has been excellent. The agency is very supportive and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. They made the process of finding a family smooth and easy. I feel valued and appreciated, and I’m very happy with the support I’ve received.

I have been very impressed by Koru Kid’s customer support and success. They have always responded to any questions personally with really detailed information and action, and their onboarding process has been well thought out and helpful. They have helped us to find the loveliest nanny who is a perfect fit for a family - we were been able to do a number of calls, interviews and trials to make this decision to make sure it worked for both parties.

The nannies on this website are inexperienced and unreliable. Koru markets itself as being "cheap" but that's because they hire awful nannies, pay them peanuts, and them take a huge chunk of the hourly rate. Because we were looking for a full time nanny we opted to pay the finders fee instead of use Koru's platform (given they get paid hourly the commission to them would have been huge). The nanny was very inexperienced and quit after 3 weeks. Koru did not refund us the finders fee. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

EDIT TO THOSE READING KORUS RESPONSE - Koru's response below is a LIE - the nanny did not leave due to a bereavement, she left because she wasn't experienced. I desperately tried to find a replacement on the website, asking Koru if they'd help given I'd already paid them, and the nanny i set an interview up with was a NO SHOW - due to a bereavement. Koru REFUSED to refund the fee I'd paid them, and just said you can have a "3 hour free trial". But the nanny i found didn't even show up for an interview, so we were never going to get to the trial stage.

Because the Company is organised and offers a positive experience. On line training are very helpful to me it helps to give the family confidence in the childcare.

Good service and well thought through app. Simplifies the admin of hiring a nanny, and gives us peace of mind that some background checks and training have been done.

I don’t think the pay structure is very good, I have been trying to get above basic pay, as i have so much experience and it’s impossible .

I really love this app because it makes it so easy to work with family and also it create space for conservation between the family and the candidate for time schedules.

I like how you can find a family to take care of that fits around your own schedule rather than working a fixed working pattern

I've worked with Koru Kids in the past back in London and honestly there's not much that's changed since working with another family again, the app is a lot smoother! It's a nice way to help families out while they work.

My after school nanny was fantastic - reliable, fun and playful with our three young kids, and a good communicator with us. Koru Kids made everything simple, from finding our nanny (the first person we messaged too!), to sorting contracts and all the monthly payroll - which from our previous experience is usually a complete faff. Felt supported all the way.

These people just take alot of money from families, no support for the staff. Just on missing an interview call they will block the account even without listening the reason that it's your fault or not, or the family changed the time and didn't made it from their end, nothing for staff support. Even though they will not reply to the emails.

Very easy to sign up and post a nanny job. There are really good suggestions on what to include in the job post. It’s easy to use the website, very user friendly.
For answering to applicants, there are default messages that makes it easy to handle lots of messages. All steps of hiring a nanny is well included in the process and are taken care of by koru kids. The only recommendation is to level babysitters better. There are babysitters with none or a little experience that have same rate as very experienced ones.
