Not worth even a star ordered the dragon eye dice set clearly a full set liquid core recieved a single die not liquid core complained and they tried to gas light me telling me there are no mistakes I got what ordered I responded with screenshots and receipts proof and they ghost me

Scam website, do not purchase of this. I got nothing I ordered. The costumer service is a AI. It's all fake. Lost 50 dollars on this

The item they sold me was not fit for purpose and did not perform as advertised.

They do not honor their own refund policy, refusing to take back and refund the useless piece of junk they sold me by misrepresentation.

I really hate scammers like these guys. The bottom-feeding scum of the on-line retail world.

Also refusing to refund the cots even though i made a video that product clearly is lacking.

I would give them a negative star if that was possible. This company is a scam. They are actually called xoraxt technology company, ltd. Based in China. I ordered off of an ad on IG. Not only did they send me the incorrect apparel items, they were damaged. I paid using PayPal. The return label from the scammers reads: Alice, 4501 S Alameda St, Los Angeles, CA 93004. When I filed to return the items, I had to do several searches by the name of the product they used, the sku#, and the original company name. I finally found something under support at knot-wood.com - which is no where on the mailing or receipt or original ad. So, now there are 3 names associated with the purchase (Alice, Xoraxt and knot-wood). SCAM. And, you can't file against them because they are based in China.

This is a fake website.
I have ordered 2 dragon dice sets (including 14 dice)
After 2 months I got 2 (!) dice instead of 2 full sets.
Complained and got a camouflage answer to check again the tracking and my order.
I sent them the display copied about the original offer, and they wrote: sorry, it was too high cost to send back the failed order, and I should accept that I got.

Worst purchase ever! The product provided was nothing like it was advertised, Poor quality worst of all this company charged me a full price for a SINGLE Die instead of providing a full set! When I emailed and complained they sent you an automatic replay saying “ But as our warehouse checked, they didn't miss any item when packed your order.
Please kindly check your parcel again.” When you dispute this you get the same response. Very dishonest and a bunch of thieves! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEIR WEBSITE

If I could write less than one star I would. These folks are frauds ordered over two months ago! Everything they sent me is be patient it's coming. Lies F#$& that. I ordered from their competition got my dice in 4 freaking days,knot-wood your the worst
I am a person you can email and will share all my emails and Terrible experience. I'm so over it and the company I work for has corporate lawyer's, I am going to try to sue them they are so horrible.i can forward my severely inappropriate experience to anyone I have all.the emails saved. For multiple charges on my credit card for one purchase to not receiving my product at all I now have a to change banks and get all new information their entire business is a fraud

Ordered dice, more than a month later they have not shown up. The tracking site they use has shown them in the US for over a week, buy no delivery. The shipping information is fine on my order, but shows up oddly in the atypical shipping site making me question that too. Don't order from them

Ordered some dragon eye dice from their website; first the order took more than a month to arrive, which I'm used to since it came from China; but then when I opened the dice; they were all screw up, nothing like the videos/images.

When contacted by support, they said; and I'm copying their exact answer:

As our warehouse checked, your product has no quality issue.
With some simple procedures, it can work as normal.
Sorry for the inconvenience it has brought to you.

Hace unas semanas tras ver varios anuncios en instagram sobre lo maravilloso y potente que era este aspirador, lo recibo y su poder de succión brilla por su ausencia.

Tras contactar con la empresa ante mi descontento expresando que me siento engañado, no me aportan más solución que: "el producto es el que habías pedido"

Así que culpa mía por confiar en este tipo de anuncios y webs, pero escribo para que esto no le suceda a más personas.

NO CONFIÉIS en esta empresa. Aunque por lo que veo, debería haber entrado aquí antes de comprar.

I ordered a set of seven dices. Only a dice arrived.
The one that arrived doesn't seem even close to the ones in their website.
I contacted customer service just to told that there is no problem at all.

Scam-site. I have not recieved my dice i ordered from the site.
They use this transport front tracking-hub - also a scam site!

They are a scam using a Kickstarter a image to selling terrible quality items. Advertise as a set then send a single dice

total scam business. Products are poorly made and sizing is ridiculous. They completely violate their own return policy.

Scammers... Wrong item arrived, refuse to refund. Avoid at all cost

ordered a car vacumn as advertised on facebook, advert showed blowing up a dingy, and sucking the air out of a huge plastic bottle, it arrived it didnt even pick up one single tissue, or blow away a piece of paper, i emailed them, several amils later i threatened them with legal action, they said no refund as correct order, then they blocked my emails, contacted bank they have refunded me and are going to investigate
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM, TOTAL SCAMMER,WILL NOT REFUND ANYTHING!!

total scam. ordered dragon eye dice set and after a month i got a single cheeseball 20 sided dice that looked and acted nothing like the ones in the ad. not to mention they were 4 dice short of the set. still in the process of gettin my money back. chinese deekheads sending garbage out of ireland... fun stuff

Devils work at play! If you want to lose money, send them your money. CON ARTISTS. SCAMS. FRAUDS. Question is, why is Facebook so USELESS that they still have the KnotWood page up after so many have reported it. FACEBOOK is the gateway for all Scams. Well done Facebook. Awesome job.

I ordered a product 3.5 months ago. It still has not arrived. Their customer service just keeps says the same thing over email - please wait. I would not trust them again.
