Compré un producto en Knot Wood y quedé muy decepcionado con la calidad del mismo. El producto que recibí no correspondía con el anunciado y era de muy mala calidad. Ahora que quiero devolver el producto, he notado que Knot Wood está mostrando intenciones de no devolverme el dinero.

Espero que puedan resolver este problema lo antes posible y devolverme el dinero correspondiente.

Bought a dice set they had shown on video. Did not receive the ones shown. I then contacted them and they told me they where the right ones. That is false advertising..

Zamówiłem kości wielościenne do gry w lutym, miały iść maksymalnie miesiąc - doszły w drugiej połowie maja, na dodatek kości nie odpowiadają opisowi na stronie. Prócz tego miały to być zestawy kości wielościennych, a zamiast tego otrzymałem tylko po 1 k20 z każdego zestawu (czytałem opis produktu i sprawdzałem wartość ksozyka, był pełen zestaw kości).

As all the others. Waited 2 months for a purple set of dragon eye dices. Got 1 d20 but the rest is gone and the eye doesnt wiggle so the pictures and videos are nothing like the dice i recieved.

I bought 3 full sets (3x 7) of super cool, dragon eye dice to play Dungeons and Dragons, one green, one red, and one purple. They advertised sharp edges, bright colours, and a dragon-eye moving inside to look up to you whenever you roll the dice. The shipping took over a month, and I received 3 dice (not 3 sets) that look murky, the colours are not clear or bright, the purple one isn’t even purple, and they have an eye that doesn’t move, and no sharp edges.
Customer support says they won’t refund because I got what I ordered, which is false. The reference product on the bag is the same as on the site, but I didn’t order a product number, I ordered dice based on a description, photos, and a video that do not correspond to the dice I was sent. They’re scammers. I’ve been looking around, and it appears the photos an videos were taken from other sites that, presumably, sell the true stuff. Also, the permanent « special ofer, last day, 50% off » (with counter under 2 hours) is a lie too. Classic way to have people order without taking time to look around. I’m livid.

Notes: I have photos of it all to back up my claim. The date of experience is the day of reception of the dice. Ordered on the 3rd of April, received on the 5th of May.

Ditto on this company, complete deception on advertising. Took a chance on it but learned my lesson...

In response to an advertisement for “Lifelike Green Dragon Eye Dice Set”, I ordered 2 sets (one red and one green) from the vendor knot-wood. This was confirmed by email.

Processing and delivery of these dice sets took just under 6 weeks, with update tracking coming from the EU, and the final package being delivered from an address in Humble, TX, USA.

Upon receipt of the product, I found two 20-sided dice, one green and one red, of the poorest quality. Both dice have a “Dragon Eye” in the dice but is barely visible in each and a single dice in my opinion cannot be considered a “Dice Set”.

In contacting their support services (support@24hservice), they were very responsive to my inquiry responding within 24 hours of any of my emails, however their response was the package delivered was as ordered on the invoice and is considered fulfilled. In my continued conversation with them to return the product for a refund, they advised the foreign shipping (paid by me) is very expensive and offered a 5USD,then a 8USD rebate to me to keep the delivery. However, in my opinion again, both rebate compensation on a 35.98USD order for 2 poorly made dice is not worth my satisfaction.

Lessoned learned for the buyer to beware of this company and delivery services, and would avoid them altogether in the future.

Update note: the company has now changed their advertisement to say “Lifelike Green Dragon Eye Dice” (removing the word “Set”).

The "super suction" vacuum I ordered and received (eventually) is exactly NOT what I ordered. I doubt this product would suck up a dead ant never mind inflate a mattress. I will raise a chargeback via my card provider. DON'T BUY anything from these charlatans, they are unscrupulous at best and downright fraudulent at worst. AVOID

Basically the same situation.
Ordered 1 dice, not rotating, but a purple eye. After 1.5 months I have received white eye in dark epoxy.

White eye is in clear epoxy (on their website).

Due to this product looks like s#&t.

Do not use this website, it is a scam.
Sending wrong products that do not even exist and deleting bad reviews.

Scam site. Get your money back through Paypal or your credit card company.

Just like all the reviews, it took 2 months for me to receive my order. I ordered 2 sets ( 7 dies a set) for a total of 14 items and got 2. The quality was subpar to what was promised on the site. So far we are going back and forth for a full refund.

They are constantly saying that the shipping back to China will be high and that they can refund 3$. I said no and now that are at 5$. Order cost me 55$.

On their website it clearly says they will issue a full refund for a defective/missing order.

This is a scam. So not order with them.

Ordered March 7, April 4th the tracking said in transit in Canada. May 1st still in transit so I emailed them. May 2nd issued a new tracking and items arrived on the 7th.

I have been trying to give my order back, as it isn't working like it should. The service here is absolutely the last that a costumer wants to have to deal with! They will not take it back and refused to refund my money! People, just forget buying anything here, it's a rip off.

The product I received looks nothing like the sample product on the website. Bad quality product, bad details and I was only sent d20 and not "Each set order contains the standard 7 roleplaying dice - d4, d6, d8 d10, d10 in 10's, d12, and the classic d20. " And now they say who are correct and do not want to change. This seems to me fraud, I do not advise anyone to buy.

I ordered a set of the purple dragon eye dice. The produce took well over month to arrive. When the produce did arrive instead of a full set of 7 die it was an individual die. It was poor quality being foggy and the eye is stationary. The die also needed sanding for it had air bubbles at the 20.

I reached out to the company on resolving the issue. Tells me that is what I ordered I told them that it was not for I ordered a SET as advertised. They also sent me a message with the warehouse about a pump that had no relation with the inquiry nor had any statement of the issue with my dice. The offer they gave me was return 4usd and keep the die, but the product is not what I ordered. Period.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Nothing like product descriptions.
Bought 2 sets of free-rotating dragon eye dice from an add which promised 7 dice/set. More than a month later they show up in a bag with only 2 dice/set. Quality was poor and foggy and looked like they just put 2 colored contact lenses in when casting the dice. Customer support beats around the bush about return and keeps itterating the order is correct but offers a 2 "generous" refund of 3$ for the items I paid about 10 times the price for..

Bought two moving dragon eye dice SETS (sets being key here)

Two full months later I receive two (2) individual dice, one from each set I ordered.

They are cloudy and unbalanced and are nothing at all like the images they advertise on their website here

This isn't a genuine business. Bought dice that were supposed to have a moving dragon eye effect, but the eye didn't move and was barely visible through the cloudy dice. I opened a Paypal case and they tried to tell me I had to pay to send it back to China, but I refused, escalated my claim and got a full refund. If you've been scammed by them, do the same. Find a photo or screenshot of video showing the product they advertised, next to an image of what you received. Hope this helps someone to get their money back!

Heed the warnings others wrote before me. This is a SCAM SITE. These people are part of the reason so much hate is going around. I naively ordered demon eye dice SET, it was a month late. What I just got is one blue die, that I only suppose is called "7 dice set blue", because this is obviously not a set. It has an eye inside, but except for that is not very well made. What can I say except DON'T ORDER FROM THEM. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I ordered some dices but what I got look nothing like what they're selling!
SCAM ALERT!

Incredibly poor product.
Took two months to deliver.
Hand held vacuum cleaner, promised to be strong, with both an suck and blow functions.
Does not blow, so cannot inflate mattress as promised.
Also incredibly week.
I'm so disappointed, would never recommend them.

Ho ordinato due set di dadi luminosi a novembre 2022. A maggio 2023 non è ancora arrivato nulla. La risposta alle mail che viene data è sempre la stessa.
Che la spedizione è ferma da qualche parte. 7 mesi! Ho chiesto di riavere i soldi indietro ma non ne vogliono sapere. Sono dei ladri e furfanti.
Sconsiglio di acquistare da loro.
