Read the small print very carefully. Just had a very bad experience with their fee structure. They charge in 0.06 minute increments, as an example I sent a text to a solicitor and got charged £39:00 + VAT for the privilidge. Several emails back and forth you will be charged for every single one of them. Complaints procedure a waste of time as it's all in the terms you send them. Ruthless company.

Overall a fantastic experience with Knights.

We have recently completed a new build purchase and we were advised by Kirsten Wickham at Knights, on recommendation from the developer Wyatt Homes. My wife’s stepmother was Knights’ client. She had a will drawn up in 2020 and stored it at the solicitor’s “strong room”. She died but Knights have lost the will. For probate we need a letter from Knights acknowledging they lost the will but they just ignore our requests. They won’t answer this because I’m not a paying customer, sadly their customer is dead but they’ve left a big mess for us! Just common decency should apply, they have created the problem, help us fix it.

Brilliant service from start to finish. House sale and purchase can be immensely stressful - for a host of reasons.
