Efficient and reliable
Quick responses within half a day. We were assigned a team of two people (Kirsten and Ben) so we always had someone on hand when the other was away from the office. Clear and helpful communication. The properties we were moving from and to were both in Oxfordshire while Knights' office is in Portsmouth, but this didn't seem to cause a problem.
My past experience with solicitors has been very hit and miss - Knights are one of the good ones and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience with this firm…
Terrible experience with this firm during my purchase. They were recommended by an equally questionable developer, Taylor Wimpey. They essentially disengaged and never completed the purchase properly, allowing serious mistakes by the developer to go unchallenged. This resulted in significant issues and ultimately forced me to instruct a competent solicitor firm to sort out the mess they allowed to happen. If I were you, I would look elsewhere for a solicitor.
