Extremely pleased with the service provided by Hannah Page and Louise Nunns. Our mum's sale took just 7 weeks and 1 day from the day the offer was made to completion! Both were extremely helpful in supporting us through the extra hoops of having to invoke mum's LPA for the first time; as well as guiding us through the whole sale being dealt with digitally - also a first for us. I've dealt with a lot of solicitors and conveyancers in my years, and they've all been terrible. But my most recent experience with Knights was exceptional. They represented us for my jointly owned flat sale, in a long and uncooperative chain. The whole team navigated us safely through a relentless barrage of unreasonable challenges, delays, enquiries, and all the nonsense of property selling and buying. We felt protected and fully supported all the way by a brilliant team, all at a decent cost. They were thorough, diligent, and available at reasonable times, very responsive, and entirely knowledgeable— not only about conveyancing, but with my freehold management and how to answer enquiries legally and responsibly, and other unusual challenges we had. Fantastic, you get what you pay for
We cannot speak highly enough of Kate Herbert. Our house sales and purchase was meant to be straightforwards, it was anything but. from the very beginning Kate made the process simple and her responses were very quick, When things went wrong she was brilliant at finding solutions and helping us through. We used Knights on our leasehold sale and freehold purchase. We had a very good experience with Kate Herbert. Kate was very responsive, proactive and personable. We were able to go from offer to completion within c. 3 months. We would definitely want to use Kate on any future transaction.

From our first contact with Knights Solicitors they stressed that they would provide a high quality service for the sale of our property.
