Boot broke after two weeks, customer service lousy.
Ordered a pair of boots. Loved them for exactly two weeks and then one of them broke. I emailed the company and sent pictures of the broken boot. Then I called the company and was told I have to return the broken boots in order to get a refund or a new pair. Supervisor was too busy to talk to me (no wonder) and would call me back within 48 hours. The boot should not have broken and I should not have to go through the trouble of packing and returning a pair of boots that broke after two weeks of normal wear, and then wait until they are received by Kenneth Cole to receive a refund or a new pair. Disgusting. Expected much better from this company.
Fraudulent sale and no response after a week.
I ordered shoes on sale online. Before making final payment there was no indication of the total cost.
And this is what it looks like:
Subtotal - $155.00
Shipping - $172.78
Sales Tax - $115.43
Order Total - $443.21
For sandals (four pairs)
Then I need to pay about $200 in import duty.
Immediately after making the order I requested cancellation. I wrote five times without any answer, after more than a week. I called, no answer on the line.
Not revealing the price before finalizing the order must be some kind of fraud.
This is the worst online shopping experience I have every had.

I purchased a pair of Kenneth Cole Reaction slippers. I paid almost double for them than a pair I purchased from Costco. The Costco slippers lasted two years. The Kenneth Cole slippers lasted two months. I contacted customer service and they offered me 20% off my next purchase. I emailed them back asking for my money back. I haven't heard from their customer service since. Their product stinks as much as their customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PIRATES!!!!!

I called for one week after a 72 hour business request to reset password. No resources available to buy shoes because my password couldn’t be reset. Customer service rep told me today to create a new profile, meaning to add a new e- mail address, because when I tried to create a new account that I was recognized as a current client. When I followed up with K.C. and was told only one supervisor and two customer representatives were available and if I were to call back - No new solution could be resolved with no others to reach out to.
Bummer...I have a friend that reported directly to Kenneth Cole, and I don’t think this was the vision.
For a boring time, and no sense of follow through call Kenneth Cole’s customer service.
Terrible Return Processing Department
It takes them forever to ship an order. And take 100 times forever to issue a refund. I have emailed and called them 5 times to ask when I will receive my refund and what I was told at all time is that they will escalate the matter to upper management. I told them if they CAN’T give me the refund, then tell me WHY, don’t just keep me waiting like this. Never get any response back from them. Terrible experience!

Kenneth Cole has amazing products and terrible customer service. I bought my boyfriend a watch and the band broke. I have not been able to log into my account to receive my order confirmation number so that I can repair it. I have tried to reset my passwords multiple times. I have called multiple times and they are unresponsive. I will NEVER buy from this site again.
Watch out for the multiple holds on your bank account
I ordered a pair of shoes from Kenneth Cole they put two holds on different days for the same product my account that cause my account to overdraft this is like the third time they've done this. I called customer service first they lied and said that they didn't place but one hold but then when I called my bank the bank gave me the times and the dates of the two holds. I called Kenneth Cole and they said they couldn't do anything so now I'm sitting here with a $30 overdraft fee

When you place the order they charge your card, then when the order ships they charge your card again. They take 2 authorizations for the 1 order. WHO DOES THIS? The first authorization went through. The 2nd did not cause my CC company thought it was a duplicate so they declined the auth. Kenneth Cole canceled my order. I called, they told me my card declined. I had plenty of avail. credit. So thinking it was a fluke with my CC company, I gave them my debit card. So, once again - charged my card at the time of order, then charged my card at shipment. Now, I have a pending charge on my CC that has not fallen off and I have 2 pending authorizations on my debit card/checking account. This is not the only issue - I had address issues, that I made sure to communicate and they still didn't get it right! Still waiting for my shoes. Get em' from Amazon!!!
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a $400 bag from Kenneth Cole as a graduation present. The bag came with a "10 year lifetime guarantee". If a lifetime is classed as 3months then so be it... But last I checked, it wasn't.
I've been going back and fourth for 5 weeks with their customer service team... The team finally gave me an offer!... $150 gift card. I mean, Maths was never by strong point but even I can workout 400/150 are 2 different figures.
The team refused to match this... I even asked for $200 (to match the current price of the bag) - they refused. I requested free international shipping, you guessed it, they refused.
I settled for the $150 if they could provide it ASAP as Kenneth Cole had a sale on - again, they refused.
I have no bag, I've lost $250, I have no gift card and I also did a 'Britney' and currently have no hair...
Never ever, will I buy anything through Kenneth Cole. They SUCK.

Worst customer service ; I placed an order online with them , haven’t received my order in a month and they cancelled my order for no reason without even asking me , I tried many time to reach their provided numbers but to no avail .... do not waste your time with them ...

Worst customer experience ever. Paid $41 is shipping costs to Australia. Item took forever to arrive. Delivered to wrong address and returned to USA despite several requests for the item to be re-delivered to my correct address. Was advised I would need to re-order the items and re-pay shipping costs. Unlikely. Such a horrible experience and waste of money.

Probably the worst place I’ve ever shopped. Shipping is outrageous, I was sent damaged products and had to pay for the shipping. Wasn’t refunded full amount. Extra charges were thrown in. Customer service hung up on me 2 times. You’re better off shopping at a dollar store. You get the same quality stuff for $100 cheaper. Horrible place.

I will never buy again. Ordered a watch for my husband at 50% off for Christmas and they sent the wrong watch. I called and was told it was sold out now so too bad. Best they could offer was 10% off my next purchase. The sales are all over now so I have to pay full price for a watch because Kenneth Cole sent me the wrong item. I honestly think they sold out when I ordered it but still took my order and money in hopes I would just keep what they sent. Horrible customer service. Would highly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Bought three pairs of shoes for my Dad's burial for my brothers and I to wear.. they only shipped two.. Had to call to request for the third pair which they promised I would receive before traveling for the burial. Never did and they could care less. Now I'm stuck having to suffer for a mistake Kenneth Cole made and did absolutely nothing to make up for it or fix it.
Amazing life guarantee
20 years ago I bought a Kenneth Cole leather bag. I was a bit amused that it had a life guarantee, but remembered it after if was worn down after daily use over many years. When I was in New York recently, I told my friends that I would go down and claim a new bag in the KC shop. They all laughed. But truly, I just showed my worn down bag and filled out a form, and they took a photo. Soon after I could pick a replacement bag from the web page and this was mailed to me free of charge. This is an amazing story, which I now frequently tell others. Well done Kenneth Cole!

Kenneth Cole quality is a problem
I bought some black leather shoes over the holiday and they are already falling apart. I took then back to the store, and I was told that there is nothing they can do. The sole is obviously loose and clicks when I walk. I tried crazy glue and now it squeaks.
I will NEVER buy Kenneth Cole products again.
