Bad service

Bad service. I got 3 pairs, and I needed to exchange one of them to a different size.
Their response was they aren't willing to exchange because it was my mistake and not theirs.
Worst service.

The worst customer service ever!!!

The worst customer service ever!!!
I have been trying to solve my problem and it took more then a year for them to reply and that was only after my solicitors final notice before court proceeding.

I managed to chat online with customer service (USA) and they asked me to get in touch with manufacturer (Switzerland) manufacturer asked me to get in touch with repair centre in the country I live in (England) this repair centre asked me to get in touch with customer service (Dubai) as they are connected with the shop I bought my watch (India) so I contacted India head office and they asked me to get in touch with Kenneth Cole Customer service (USA) as they are only dealing with sales and nothing else.
Frustrating thing is non if these personnel gave contact details for the other country.
I managed to do it via social media, google, and other sources.
I do not recomend anybody to shop with Kenneth Cole anywhere in the world.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!

Received the shoes I purchased from Kenneth Cole today. Too big. NO RETURN allowed b/c they were a final sale. $100 down the drain - highway robbery! How can an online company sell ANY clothes or shoes that cannot be returned?

Worst customer service experience…

Worst customer experience… I paid an extra $25 to have 2 day shipping, for my order, hoping I would receive it, prior to my event. The next day I called Customer service to track my order, as I did not receive an updated email with tracking information. I spoke with Nick who did not seem to care about my situation, and stated that since I ordered on Thursday, I would not receive my item until The following Thursday… I explained that I purchased the 2nd day shipping, but he stated next Thursday… I felt disrespected and uncared for… I asked to speak with a supervisor. I spoke to Crystal whom was just as unprofessional disrespectful and made me feel uncared for… How was I to know, two day shipping is not two days when dealing with Kenneth Cole… Crystal reiterated, that if I went onto the website and scrolled down to customer… clicked on a link… and then a few other clicks…. I might’ve been able to find, where it states the delivery can vary… However a week later is not second day delivery… I should not have to pay extra for that. I asked, what if I would’ve paid for the next day delivery and Crystal said I would’ve received it on Wednesday which is one day less than a week… That needs to be on their website, before finalizing a purchase, explaining exactly what the extra charge is for and when to expect your item… I would’ve purchased elsewhere. She didn’t even offer me an upgrade to the shipping and basically was very disrespectful…

I will never order another item from Kenneth Cole… And I’ll make sure my friends and family understand what I went through for the simple purchase. I will not be able to wear the new item to the my Upcoming event…

The worse experience I’ve ever had in…

The worse experience I’ve ever had in my life with ordering and a return. Two different shoes were ordered, THEY sent me two of the same shoe (2 pairs of the cheaper shoes I wanted). Called customer service then they tell me they need pictures and emails. Like huh?! I contacted y’all about your mistake and now I can’t get the expensive pair that was paid for because they want pictures of their mistake. Literally hate this company

Shoes were really uncomfortable and return policy is terrible

Shoes were really uncomfortable and return policy is terrible. I never wore the shoes and I have the return packaging, but I was unable to return because it was outside of the 30 day return window. Really restrictive policy and dismissive customer service. I guess they have such a 30 day return because of the quality of their shoes. I'm sticking with Zappos from now on.

Horrible customer service

Having ordered from their website before the holidays I would have been under the assumption that a major company would care about its customers. That could not have been less accurate. I paid extra to have next day shipping and it’s been a week and not only do I not have my product but customer service offered zero solutions. I made a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau so this does not happen to any more customers

Terrible customer service!

Terrible customer service!! I ordered a suitcase and been 3 weeks and still no emails that it has been shipped and she couldn’t tell me when it would be shipped! No info from customer service at all. So decided to cancel and they couldn’t even cancel my order until it is approved by the warehouse which could take up to 6 days!! Customer service could care less that I was upset.

I recommend never buying from this…

I recommend never buying from this business.
I have many items from KC but this is my last.
Here is why.

After seeing an offer of FB I bought some shoes from KC in Panamá. While travelling outside the city I kept them unused as new until I returned.
After 15 minutes of wear, 5 of which in the mall, I was sitting in Soho Mall and looked down at my shoes to see the breaks in the material.
KC response was to not help me, all they cared about was I bought them over 1 month ago as per their terms.
It didn’t matter that they fell apart on first use. It didn’t matter that they have sold goods not fit for purpose that any decent businesses would want to take back and keep you as a customer.
So I have been scammed.
I and my family will never be buying from you again, thanks to your rip-off way of treating an obvious situation as something to dodge doing the right thing.

My 1985 Kenneth Cole watch

In 1985 I bought a ladies chain link watch A Kenneth Cole I am still wearing said watch and have almost every day since I bought it!! Have replaced battery 2x Lost it once and cried but found it Yeah Am now77 and not a day goes by that I don't still love it :)

Returned no Refund

Ngl I came on here to leave a one star review because I bought my boyfriend a watch from here for Christmas, and he didn’t like it so I decided to return it since the have a 30day refund policy. It seemed like it took forever to get the refund.. I just assumed I wasn’t getting one. But I just got the refund, It took about 40 days from the day I sent out the watch to revive my full refund. & they did respond pretty timely to my emails.. so I’ll give them 4 stars. Wish I could give 3.5

Terrible experience

Returned a pair of boots on December 27th, they received on January 6th, today is January 21, and I am still waiting on a refund. One of 5 emails were returned and when you call customer service the reps are very condescending. They do not do exchanges only refunds, therefore not honoring any sale price. This return for refund has been a horrible experience. In an era of such digital age, they need to get caught up with the times. You get a refund with Amazon 2 hours after scanned by UPS, which is the only place I will order from again. When contacted I only get excuses of how behind they are in processing and to keep waiting. They weren't too behind to take my money but too behind to refund it. Their staffing issues in the processing department aren't my worry. I will never order from them again. Kenneth Cole lacks respect, integrity and the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. This is the first time I have ever posted publicly about a company in a negative connotation, but this company needs to acknowledge their short comings and do right by the customer.

I ordered some shoes ..

I ordered some shoes ... they were never delivered and when I contacted them they said the delivery was canceled but I never got a notification about it.... they said they never charged me but was a lie... I asked my bank and they told me the transaction went through successfully... I wrote multiple emails and never got an answer ... so I lost my money .. this is a clear case of fraud and scamming.... I filled an official complaint with the FTC please stay away from that website!!!!.

Crazy how far their quality has fallen..

Even with the 50% off they constantly offer online, the clothing/shoes/etc. are simply not worth it. The 2 pairs of shoes i got are literally, I stress, LITERALLY, what you would find at payless, yet you're paying more even after their deep discounts. The Scarf and hat combo? Retail price over 50 bucks? I got it for 12 and still terribly disappointed, scratchy super poor quality material, the scarf wouldn't keep you warm on a breezy summer day. The hat? two layers that are not sown together, just doesn't fit on the head correctly. But the shoes, my lord..... Worst thing of all, you can't return half this garbage, final sale, but the other half you can, well they will charge you for shipping and porcessing, so basically take half the money you paid, just to give it back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KENNETH COLE ONLINE, IT"S WORSE THAN THE CRAP SOLD ON THE STREET IN CHINATOWN, and YOU"LL FIND BETTER SHOES AT PAYLESS, TRUST! Used to be a customer, at this point it's obvious they're burning their whole credibility just to squeak out a few bucks from loyal customers. Just go bankrupt already, it's over.

They are making unfair money off their returns. I made a mistake by ordering something without researching their reviews first. I too, join the ranks of those who will NEVER purchase from KC again. Too bad for them; bad business practices come back to you. Ridiculous and may call the BBB.

Horrible customer service, huge disappointment

If I could offer -10 stars, that would be the choice. Ordered few items from their website, none fit (I am ordering the same size from few different companies and never had such issues) and sent the items back. They received the items 2 months ago and even after many e-mails sent to customer service and couple of calls in which they apologized but did nothing, my refund still hasn’t been processed. I hope to get the money back but if they don’t process the refund, I will use all options to get my money back. Horrible experience, worst one I’ve had in my life!!
