Resolved: Initial $$ withdrawal issue was escalated and completely resolved!
UPDATE: KashKick's compliance team reviewed my ticket regarding the automated "not a new user" flag, performed a manual audit, and reinstated my account. I was able to log back in and successfully withdraw my full $3,500 balance. While the initial automated flag was stressful, their team properly resolved the issue and honored my legitimate earnings.
Original Review:
I joined as a completely new user and completed high-value casino offers (Grand Fortune and Cash Avalanche) along with surveys and additional games. Everything tracked properly, and I completed all required milestones, building up $3,500 in legitimately earned rewards.
I waited roughly a month for my balance to process, but as soon as I requested my payout, the app locked me out. When I reached out to customer support, they abruptly closed my account, claiming a third-party advertiser flagged me as "not a new user."
This is a complete lie. I have never registered with or played those casino games prior to clicking through KashKick's tracking links. If I were an existing user, those platforms would not have allowed me to sign up and fulfill the offer terms in the first place.
KashKick is withholding $3,500 in earned funds using automated third-party flags without providing proof or an appeal path. I am demanding management conduct a manual audit, review my account ticket, and release my full $3,500 balance immediately.

I spent a whole month playing and doing tasks, and I was never able to cash out my bonuses!! On the day I was supposed to have reached the minimum, the app stopped opening with my login credentials. What a waste of time. The app doesn't work very well. No solution. Waste of time.

It’s always a problem with you guys you guys don’t communicate in a timely matter then when you do communicate, you got numerous people replying to one email. It’s just too difficult dealing with you guys. I’m gonna move on there are other cash game apps that are way better and don’t have to go through all these App obstacles then you just reply to this review telling me to contact your customer service. Why would I do that and all I’m gonna do is have the same issue I’m gonna have five different employees responding to one email and my issue still didn’t get solved because I’m re-explaining to everybody that answers that one email. There’s always some excuse for you guys. There’s always tracking issues. I’m over it. No need to reply. I just gave my review because they asked.

Account closed when I requested a cash out
I spent a lot of time on the app and earned $2,266.26. I was able to cash out $100, but when I requested $424, my account was closed. Support said their advertising partner reported that I had "played the game before," but they didn't say which game or provide any proof. I did not commit fraud, and they only made this up so they don’t have to pay me. I have asked support to reverse it and pay out my earnings, they won’t respond to my request. Do NOT use this app.
