Terrible app that, after you cash out once, no longer tracks your play properly. Customer service is a joke! They want you to video your play and send it to them; they do nothing! It must be boring to sit behind a computer and just give generic answers all day, huh, Steve?! KASHKICK is a SCAM!

At first, the money I won wasn’t showing in my account, so I reached out to customer service. They responded pretty quickly and helped me resolve the issue. The money is now in my account, and I’m happy with how quickly they handled it.

Quick resolution
Customer service entered my initial question quickly. After getting instructions for information they needed, I sent off my answer. I immediately got a response back as to what was going on, and my issue was resolved. I made the mistake and they were very nice about it.

DO NOT TRUST KASHKICK, THEY STOLE HUNDREDS OF $$$ FROM ME
This app is a scam and stole hundreds of dollars from me!
My friend recommended this app that lets you earn real cash to play games through them. I followed all the instructions very carefully to make sure it was tracking my progress properly, confirmed that it was, and started playing. After nearly a dozen hours of playing, I earned a ton of rewards that were supposed to translate to real cash, but some of the lower-tier rewards were missed, seemingly through a glitch in their tracking, bc higher tier rewards that should have included the lower tier ones were in fact being counted and reflected in my rewards balance. I contacted support, and they asked me for several pieces of evidence that I both downloaded the games correctly through their app, as well as verifying that I was playing legitimately- I gave them all of this evidence with no hesitation. Several days go by with an agent (be aware, someone else I know told me they had the same issue and got their missing rewards given back to them within an hour of the same day), and he finally says that he has to escalate this to higher authority in order to get my missing rewards to me. Another few days go by and when I go to sign into the app to check my Support ticket, I am greeted with a “violation of terms” and account deactivation message, and now I’m locked out of my account with several hundred dollars of rewards that I legitimately earned through what was advertised to me. I wasted several hundred of my own dollars playing a game for nearly a dozen hours, and bc I was trying to get the rewards I was supposed to get, they decided to ban me for no reason to keep all my money. Something is very wrong with this company and I suspect that they have some fraudulent activity going on. I’ve tried to contact their Support email again and suddenly I get no responses. And with my account banned I can’t even access my funds to withdraw what I did already legitimately earn.
Moral of the story, do not trust this Kashkick company at all- they will make you spend dozens of hours playing a game, advertising that you can make real money off of it, and then when you earn that money, they will prevent you from cashing it out by banning your account with no explanation or evidence.
