They are making defective/deformed products and no assistance nor satisfaction from them at all after numerous attempts. Purchased personal blender and both tritan bottles so badly deformed they could not even stand on their own.

Not shipped or refunded. 20 days and going.
Ordered on the first of the month. Had not shipped by the 7th so contacted them. Customer service sayed it would ship very soon even through I asked to be refunded. It's is now over 20 days since I ordered the the stove. It has neither shipped or been refunded. DO NOT ORDER

Purchased a vacuum + extended warranty…
Purchased a vacuum + extended warranty as I had reservations about the product. Had trouble hooking up the hose from day 1 but decided to live with it. Then one day vacuum started making a bad noise. Called the company, was told to take a video, email it to them, likely they would send new unit and I dispose of bad unit. Video pointed out 2 failures. I had to follow up on my video. Was told I needed to send them the vacuum, at my expense, and I may or may not get a new vacuum. All of this done during time was under warranty!

Buyer BEWARE! No customer service!
I was gifted a Kalorik air fryer MAX, Christmas 2021, used it 10 times and it just stop working. When you plug it in, it chimes like it normally does, display comes on, then shuts off instantly.
Contacted customer services via phone, they took my email address and info and said they would send me some info on what to do , never received a thing from them ( yes I did check all spam folders).
2) contacted customer services again, this time via their website, filled in all info required, pressed send an automated window comes up saying that an email has been sent… again nothing!
This company is a joke and does not care about their customers. Once they got their money, they don’t care! Good luck!!

Don't read the info they request, hang up on the phone!
I have been writing and phoning this company since January (now end of May). They hang up if I call as they ask (again today), and in response to my emails keep asking me for the same photos and information over and over, which I have sent them. If they would scroll down, they would see the photos they ask for.
This is about the worst customer service I have ever gotten. Too bad, I love my air fryer and would love to be able to use it again!

If I could give this company zero stars…
If I could give this company zero stars I would give them no stars. This company sells the SPURTLE wooden tools. You see the infomercials on cable.
Please check the reviews before you order. BUYER BEWARE. DELIVERY IS MONTHS LONG. I can only report the long deliver and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have been waiting over a month and no delivery. When I tried to contact customer service they reply with an automated canned response.
Check out other reviews online and they are horrible. From not receiving their orders, no customer support, partial order delivered and customers unable to get refund. Please do not order the SPURTLE wooden spoons/tools before doing your research. My experience and many others say the same. Do not order from this company.
I have sent several requests for update on my delivery and NO RESPONSE.
If I get a response or receive my products, I will comeback and provide an update on the quality but as of now..... no product to review. Beware of this company.
