The steamer made by Kalorik that I bought from Macy, less than a year ago, the water tank is falling out and the button is stuck. They refused to replace it because I don't have the sales receipt. Reading their reviews now, I should have looked at them first rather than trust Macy.

Oven tray warps after only 3 months of use. When you contact the company re the warranty they will replace the item but not cover shipping costs. They charge more for shipping the replacement than the tray costs to buy new. Complete rip off DO NOT recommend to anyone to deal with this company.

0 stars would be a more apt description. Bought a vacuum from this "company," which then broke 6 months later. Still under warranty, of course, however, they sold their vacuum dept. so somehow I cannot get a refund in spite of me purchasing it whilst under their supervision. This company will cease to exist by end of 2025.

My first toaster made in Canada lasted 35 years. Kalorik get their items for a few dollars from China. I have had two Kalorik toasters that lasted a couple of years. They can't be repaired. I see everything they make is Junk.

J'avais une bouilloire depuis 20 ans marque Tefal que j'ai fait tomber en 2023... Je n'ai jamais eu aucun souci en 20 ans.
Je l'ai remplacée par une bouilloire de la marque KALORIK couleur inox... Au bout de trois mois le couvercle avait du mal à s'ouvrir et au bout de 2 ans il ne tient carrément plus... La bouilloire est morte !!!🤬
Je recommande donc très fortement d'éviter cette marque !!! qui à mon avis s'intéresse plus à la rentabilité et à l'esthétique qu'à la qualité.

J'ai acheté un four à micro-ondes Kalorik en septembre 2023, il a très vite cessé de fonctionner , depuis j'essais de contacter la société, sans succès

I bought Kalorik air fryer mini oven at the end of September and within weeks the inside was corroded /rusted I tried registering the warranty but was told items bought in the UK were not covered. I tried contacting the company by email but has no answers. I have other electrical for years that are still in excellent condition but this has been awful right from the start. Shame I can't add a photo DON'T buy Kalorik!

Vaccum cleaner lasted about 2 years and was caught on fire! Dangerous products.

Stole my money. Vacuum (Huvi) broke after 6 months. They mysteriously sold off their vacuum dept. shortly thereafter. Reviews speak for themselves. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible Customer Service. Products are garbage!!!!! I would steer clear!!!!

I purchased a Kalorik maxx 26 quart digital air fryer oven grill deluxe in June 2023 and broke down in April 2024. it was replaced and my second one broke just this week - October 2024.
please do not buy this product it will not last - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

The dial button on my Kalorik Air Fryer Oven stopped working. It dials, but no longer "pushes in" to select anything, so you cannot change the time or temperature for any selection. I tried for 2 days to contact Kalorik customer service, but all the phone numbers are disconnected (toll-free and 305 area codes). The website is still up, but chat is unresponsive, which makes me think the company may have gone out of business. I *definitely* will not order from this company again if they do not have any customer service.

I bought a rapid boil electric kettle. I tried to register the warranty as all good consumers should. I tried several ways to do this and was totally blocked because I don't have a cell phone and couldn't take photos. What is this world coming to? I gave a Rep all the information - store number, product number, price, etc. Absolutely blocked. I said "stuff it"

My air fryer over arrived with a damaged tray and have been trying to contact these people via email and phone for weeks! Do not understand because ALL other parts and pieces were perfectly fine and everything was packaged securely and protected well.

I bought an air fryer which was full of scratches , and was obviously not new! I contacted them repeatedly, but they will not respond. Ebay are now investigating them. THIS COMPANY IS SELLING USED ITEMS AND ADVERTISING AS "NEW" - STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COST!!!! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE- CONTACT NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST AND WEBSITE DOES NOT EXIST.

Unit went dead 1 month after warranty ended. Tried to contact their support : inexistant.

THIS IS A SCAM. AVOID AT ALL COST.

MY AUNT HER UNIT DIED IN 6 MONTHS.

I bought a Kalorik air fryer at a local department store 5 months ago.
There are silicone trivets that hold the insert which holds the food. They included 2 extras in the box telling me that I would need them as they would easily disappear.
Well, they were right about the little trivets disappearing. I'm down to 1 wand and can not use my air fryer safely according to Kalorik's instructions.
I contacted Kalorik customer service via email and they did nothing but stall. They asked for pictures of the part even though they knew the model number of my air fryer. I even sent them a video!! They are incompetent! They don't know their own parts!
After 2 weeks they sent me the WRONG PART and then said they couldn't find the correct replacement trivets for my air fryer!!
I asked for a refund providing the receipt. They said they wouldn't give me a refund even though the box says '1 year warrantee'.
BEWARE of KALORIK!! You're on your own!!

DON'T purchase the Kalorik Max Air Fryer oven...like several of the reviews on here mine just stopped working no warning whatsoever. I was 14 days over the (1) year warranty and they will not help. Over $200 and its now just junk!!!!! I will tell everyone I know about Kalorik bad business...I am in sales so I talk with a LOT of people. Shame on you...BAD, BAD business practice. Look at all the terrible reviews. I should have checked first.

Purchased an electric salt and pepper shaker for over 100$ , first set broke, was sent a replacement. Second set broke , safe to say this brand is garbage
