Great customer service! I bought a pair of climbing shoes (womens sportiva muira) that were already the cheapest that I could find. When they went to pack my order and found a minor aesthetic issue (staining from some glue on the shoe) the shop reached out of their own accord and checked if that was OK with me, offering a full refund or further discount without me even noticing or asking. What a great shop and going the extra mile.

I’m pleased with my purchase but disappointed in the plastic packaging used to ship it, particularly the claim the material can be recycled. Sure the packaging might have been made from recycled or renewable materials, but we have no soft plastic recycling service, so this smells like greenwashing. This practice downgrades valuable materials and fast tracks their transfer to landfill.
