Just Wheels did a brilliant job on my E-Tron GT Wheels - it was a tricky job with inserts that didn't come off easily and they made sure it was all done properly and to a high standard. They were a pleasure to deal with from the excellent communication from Emma and Kristi to the wonderful George who collected and dropped my wheels off after they were done - I even liked the rather lovely orange support wheels they left the car safely sitting on while they did the wheels - I would highly recommend their service!

Paul was great in repairing my alloy. Was punctual and informative. He gave me some options on the repair as they are diamond cut. He worked his magic to restore them to factory look and finish.

This has been one of the best experience I had with any company. Just wheel repairs was super easy to deal with. I needed to have a cracked alloy to be repaired and they came to collect the wheel ( early morning 6.30AM ) after I’ve send them pictures of it. 3 days later they brought back the wheel at 6.30AM and put the wheel back on. The alloy looked shiny and new. The wheel was on in 5 minutes. They send me an invoice afterwards. And all fixed and done. I would highly recommend this business. They are super professional and friendly. Best experience ever.

Good cosmetic wheel repair with an almost identical color match on my Cayenne’s wheels. They offer a convenient service by picking up the wheel from your home and reinstalling it once the job is done — they deliver what they say.

Unfortunately, in my case the valve stem was accidentally damaged during the repair, which caused some inconvenience and extra expense. However, after raising the issue with them, they acknowledged the problem and reimbursed my costs in full. Their professional handling of the situation demonstrates a responsible business approach.

Spoke to Paul about 4 wheels needed refurbishing, we set a date , Luke arrived promptly after giving me an hour window removed the whees as they needed stripping and power coating, they had the wheels a couple of days as agreed. When they returned Luke refitted them and the quality of the refurbishment is second to none they look better than when new . Thanks Paul and the team for a fantastic service with a very reasonable repair pice, I highly recommended .

Unfortunately, I scuffed a wheel on my VW ID4. So I thought I’d find someone to repair it at my house. But it’s diamond cut so it had to be taken away. No issues - Luke took it away and as promised three days later refitted it. And an immaculate wheel refurbishment it was too. Everything was organised by a very efficient Kristi in the office. This is a slick operation - I’d use them again.

Luke and the team have done an excellent job! From picking my wheels up, fixing a crack and buckle for me and colour change and they’ve come out perfect! Would recommend to anyone in Essex!!
