Impeccable service, excellent quality products. Great friendly staff. I've used this company a few times now on an adhoc basis and never been disappointed. Call them if you have questions - real knowledgeable people at the end of it.

They sent me the wrong product and became aggressive, insulting and shifty when I pointed it out. The product they sent was also missing some minor parts which I fortunately had. I reported the problem immediately and they eventually agreed to compensate me by sending out a handful of curtain rings. On that basis, I went ahead and fitted the poles and then someone called Andy said he wouldn't send me the agreed upon rings. I'd told them earlier that I'd fitted the poles so Andy thought he was very clever telling me to send them back. It's been years since I've come across a company as unpleasant and dishonest as this. Don't believe a word of their reply to this review. If you must deal with them, make sure you use PAYPAL. Fortunately PAYPAL quickly judged against them and ordered a full refund.

I FULLY EXPECTED A RESPONSE LIKE THIS. A LOT OF PEOPLE GIVE THIS COMPANY VERY BAD REVIEWS AND IN EVERY CASE THEY RESPOND WITH A VICIOUS DIATRIBE AGAINST THEIR COMPLAINING CUSTOMERS. MAKE SURE YOU READ ALL THE TERRIBLE REVIEWS AND THE COMPANY'S SUBSEQUENT ASSAULT ON THEIR CUSTOMERS. THE ABUSE OF CUSTOMERS IS REMARKABLY SIMILAR IN ALMOST EVERY CASE. IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING THAT THERE ISN'T AN OUNCE OF TRUTH IN WHAT THIS CHAP IS SAYING AND IT DOESN'T TAKE MUCH TO WORK OUT THAT IT'S EXACTLY THE SAME WITH ALL THE OTHER VICIOUS ASSAULTS ON HIS CUSTOMERS. IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SOLD POORLY PACKED, MIS-DESCRIBED, INCOMPLETE GOODS AND THEN BE ABUSED WHEN YOU COMPLAIN, THEN AVOID THIS COMPANY

I initially tried finding my requirements in the local shops with no luck, then I found Just Poles, found exactly what I needed and ordered them, I also got my questions answered immediately by phone. Website is easy to navigate. I bought a Roam blind kit that was easy to fit as the instructions were clear and the kit was good quality. The items arrived on time and were packaged well.

I ordered a set of tie backs for curtains to my living room and was disappointed to get an email confirming they were no longer available as the colour match and style was exactly what I wanted. I deliberated on whether to get a refund and look elsewhere or call Just Poles to ask for their help as I really struggled to navigate the website to narrow down what I was looking for in terms of colour, style, length etc. Their customer service was amazing - they were able to email through various other options for me to consider from which I picked an alternative product which, although a bit more costly, I am extremely happy with. They arrived, promptly, well packaged and I was updated by email so that I could track my order and ensure I was at home to sign for it. I would definitely recommend and will purchase from Just Poles again.

We ordered black wrought iron artisan curtain poles with a curl in two lengths. They arrived on time, good packaging and easy to fit. They look amazing. Very please with the end result. Would definitely recommend.
