The poles themselves are great. The instructions for bay windows non existent, which is a shame because they clearly advertise them as bay window curtain poles but the instructions were for regular windows

I have replaced all of the Naff poles with middle joins. I have bought three now from this company as the quality, service and wrapping on the pole has always been good. I also like the pole is one length for the pole I needed 2.1 metres.

Wow, what a lovely surprise to have such an efficient, professional friendly after care service! Ordering my curtain track was easy but then I realised I used the wrong measurements 😱. The pole has not been delivered and we received no calling card or have any way of contacting the carrier. Please can you let me know when it will be delivered

First time to buy the curtain track with Polesdirect. I have some questions to ask before placing the order. I sure the chat function. It was really helpful.

After sales service terrible. Item missing from my delivery. I rang straight away, promised missing item would be sent that day, 9 days later and following trying by phone for ages, plus sending 3 mails I was finally able to speak to another assistant who promised my missing item woukd be sent immediately. We will see.
