I ordered from just linen and spent over £100 on bedding. One of those products was a king size sheet, however I was sent the wrong size in the king size sheet packaging. I phoned customer services who asked for proof. The email address on the return form to send the pictures bounced back. I also found an email on their website which bounced back also. Beginning to think this website is a scam. Won’t be returning here again to purchase bedding. I don’t really care about a refund or exchange anymore, it’s been very challenging to get an email address for this company which actually works and won’t be wasting my time trying. Shocking service and totally frustrating website.

I purchased a duvet cover from Home Sense not realising it didn't come with matching pillow cases. I found them at a good price on Just Linen and also ordered a gorgeous V&A throw which was the best price I'd found anywhere for it. My order came quickly and I'm really happy with the products.

Fantastic company to deal with, first class service and super products

Had not used Just Linen before but they had a Dorma bedding set at a really good price. After reading the reviews I was a bit dubious but I should not have worried. I received my order within 5 days well packaged and exactly what I ordered and good delivery communication. Would use them again.

Excellence service - beautiful linen - easy to wash and care for - always looks amazing even after many washes. We run an Airbnb and feedback has been amazing 😉- Highly recommend.

SCAM! Very Poor website design, and EXTREMELY expensive for postage costs.

Needed to order a single pillowcase for my Grandmother as she had bought the quilt cover separately and didn't realise it wasn't included.

The pillowcase was 8.50 but and the delivery option was 1.50 for a single pillowcase.

I got an extremely abrupt email from them to tell me that I needed to pay an extra 8.45 for delivery or they would cancel the order.

So they wanted me to pay 8.50 for a pillowcase and 9.95 for delivery!!!!

Best avoid.

Had a small problem with my product which was quickly sorted out by Adam the web manager. Its really important to trust a company if things need sorting.

I really would have liked to have given more stars whilst there is an excellent choice and range of bedding their despatch / warehouse department has badly let them down. Big time!

I am pleased with two sets of duvet covers, fitted sheets ordered and at greatly reduced prices. One set for the spare room and the other set for our room but the condition of the packaging was appalling they crammed too much into a plastic postage bag. It was ridiculous. For the weight of my order this should have been in a box not in a thin flimsy plastic bag. It was split both at the top and the bottom. I was so shocked to see this when it was delivered .. as was the DPD courier he said it was like it when they received it in to their depot. How nothing was missing is a surprise to me. Someone needs to have retraining in their despatch department. I have made their customer service department aware but it was “a couldn’t care attitude as long as nothing was missing”. I think they have missed the point!

First experience with ordering my quilt cover was great
When I went back to order the pillowcases I did not get what I asked for. Found the site misleading as it did not indicate what was out of stock. Customer services unhelpful and abrupt. I feel misled and seriously out of pocket.

What annoys me most about companies like this is that they offer free postage for uk mainland over a certain spend, but for isle of wight customers they charge £9, I send a lot of parcels and I know that £9 should be next day deliver, but no it takes them 5 days,
also in that free postage they have factered in postage, lets say £6, so technically i have paid aprox. £15 delivery. for a very slow 5 day deliver service.
I also know that most delivery companies have depots on the isle of wight and dont charge extra, it is a ripe off for a slow service

Bought 2 V&A duvet sets. Excellent quality product at a bargain price. Great service and delivery as expected. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. Will buy more items from this company in the future.

Good product but even better customer service. I now live in France and am delighted with the recent service I had. Bit of a long story but delivery got mislaid, JL tracked it, found it and got it to me .... very pleased and the bedding was beautiful so thankyou for your efforts x

Absolutely love my bedding but there was a hole in one of the pillowcases. Which I photographed and sent to Just Linen with an email expressing my disappointment and they have never replied to me. It’s been over a month now since I contacted them.

I don’t ever shop anywhere else for my gorgeous linens. Always quality and value. Deliveries prompt and free over £50. I never have a problem reaching that for sure!

I have had an excellent experience with Just Linen from Dawson’s. I was in a hurry for bedding after an existing set was damaged in a burglary. The lady on the phone was pleasant and helpful and promised to despatch the linen asap. It has arrived quicker than I ever thought and just what I wanted. Will use again without hesitation

Shocking customer service. After a lengthy delay waiting for confirmation of dispatch of our order we were promised that our order would be dispatched that day for next working day delivery so rescheduled several appointments. Yet again no sign of our order so telephoned Just Linen and they were no help whatsoever. Not willing to contact the courier or anything. This is the third consecutive order they have messed up. Never again. Avoid avoid avoid

First time ordering from this company (think it comes under Dawson's Department Store as that is what it said on any correspondence) and very happy with my experience.

Great sale prices for high end branded bed linen and cushions. Got free delivery for ordering over £50. Order came in good time and I was sent a message with a one hour time slot, which was helpful.

I have not needed to return anything, so can't comment on the returns process which was complained about in another review.
