We bought complete sets of Dorma 400 thread, Duvets, Sheets and pillowcases in Ochre colour. I have always bought Dorma in the past for their quality. My husband's pillowcase stains, obviously from oil in his hair, even when he has just showered. They look really awful. I have never had anything like this happen before. Very disappointed.

I ordered a particular colour of Sheridan Living Textures towels which I couldn't find anywhere else, but which I love. The order took 4 days, the towels are excellent and no delays with the DPD courier. Very pleased and at a reasonable price.

8/1 update - what an appalling company to do business with. This very perfunctory message is all I got. They simply do not care. Bigger businesses with better products have gone to the wall because of their terrible customer service - take head Dawsons.
Their email from Lucy, not even a phone call and not even my name! How rude.

It is with regret and apologies that I have to advise that DPD are our chosen courier service and as they fail to make delivery to your address we have therefore had to cancel your order and refund you in full.

I placed an order for several items totalling over £400 with a 25% discount. The order was sent via DPD - who are totally useless in this area. The driver couldn’t be bothered to drive up to my house (twice) so he marked two attempts as a failed delivery and returned the goods to dawsons (Just Linen). I had to dispute the charge on my credit card as Dawsons don’t answer their emails. Eventually I went on chat and spent 20 minutes talking to the most unhelpful (may as well have been a robot) individual imaginable.
I asked if I ordered again (I still want the items) it could be delivered by a different courier (no was the reply).
I decided to risk it but noticed the discount had dropped to 20% - obviously this is unacceptable as the failed deliveries are Dawsons fulfilment process and I cannot decide to use a better courier. I spoke to the chat agent - TOUGH was the reply.
Honestly I’m lost for words - I use all the Dawsons stores but when it goes wrong - don’t bother contacting them - absolutely terrible customer experience. I asked for the MD’s name to flag my terrible experience- no you cannot have that. It’s not like it’s a secret it’s on the internet!
Come on Dawsons - get this under control!
6/1 UPDATE: I have just reordered - and requested any courier other than DPD - let’s see if Dawsons can get this to me safely?

I have purchased several good quality towels at discounted prices recently. The service has been consistently great, with informative emails and fast delivery.

Ordered 4 haliquin cushions the last of the line. And a very good discount. Two were feather pad filled and two were form filled pads. Called Dawson and all they could say was tough that’s the way they come. We do not stipulate on our web site what they are filled with. Surely if you order 4 of the same things you would expect them to be the same. Would not replace the pads. They offered to take the back but I just wanted what I ordered. I have shopped a lot with just linen this is the last time I will do so.

Just Linen is Dawson's Department Store (who are also listed separately on TP). I bought Scion bed linen from them for about half the price of other retailers. It arrived quickly and as described.

I ordered a Sheridan quilt cover Thursday evening and it was delivered by lunch on Saturday. Pricing was great (60% cheaper than buying direct from the brands) and super fast shipping!

Just had delivered some SHERIDEN towels. So luscious! I ordered 3 bathsheets in different colours and matching hand towels. So pleased with them. Very well packed in cardboard box. Really good value too.

Have used Just Linen for a few years now and have never been disappointed.
Just received in time for Christmas, a lovely duvet cover bed set, sheets and pillow cases.
Free and prompt delivery.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my bedding.

They have some lovely linen and towels and also great reductions during the sale. Have bought a lot of stuff from them and never been disappointed.

I cannot praise the customer services enough. They have gone above and beyond in being so helpful.
I ordered two pillowcases and they were different shades, so just linen sent me two more to see if one of them matched one of the others. They also sent return postage for the ones I sent back.
I have used them before a few years ago and wouldn’t buy from anywhere else.

I ordered some bedding on line on Sunday and then realised it was just the duvet cover and not the pillowcases. I phoned first thing on Monday and explained and they said they would refund. Got confirmation emails and this morning (Wednesday) the money is back in my account. The gentleman on the phone was lovely and the speed of their service was brilliant.

This is my second purchase through this company. I now have 2 William Morris bedding sets. I can't fault them. The set I just bought was 50% less than John Lewis. The delivery time was quick too. I would definitely recommend.

I have made four purchases from this company so for this year and all have been perfect. They were very fast in shipping and all of the goods are super. The prices were great.

I ordered several items from this company at the weekend. The items were delivered yesterday. On opening the box, I discovered that two of the items were faulty and the packaging of one of the faulty items was ripped and dirty - consequently the item itself was also dirty. Appalled by this (both issues must have been clearly visible on selection and dispatching of the items and I could not believe that any company would send something out in such a state) I immediately contacted the company on the phone contact number on the invoice. The woman who answered the phone was not in the least bit apologetic and seemed quite sharp and dismissive and told me to send photographic evidence to the email address on the invoice . I immediately photographed the items and emailed the company stating that I would like a refund in line with my statutory rights and that I would like to know how the company intended to recoup the items. I heard nothing. I again rang the company this morning and the woman who answered told me that emails were answered in strict order of receipt and, when I asked about timescales, she said that I would receive a response by the end of the day. I have waited for a response and, at close of business, I have had no response from the company. The company state on the invoice that, if items are faulty or damaged, the customer should contact them rather than return the items. I am now in the position where I have items that should never have been dispatched in the first place and despite contacting the customer service twice and providing the requested evidence, I have had no satisfactory redress. I note from previous reviews that other customers have had similar unsatisfactory experiences. I will not be using this company or any of it's partner websites again. I continue to await communication and swift redress from the company.

Have had numerous sets of bed linen and towels over the years and very pleased with prices and customer service.
Recent order was for cushions & they were a bit musty smelling but I left them in the sun for a few hours and they were fine - for the low price I cannot moan

I have ordered several sets of bedding from this company now and have had no problems on every occasion. Quick delivery, great prices and great customer service every time. I even ordered the wrong size on one occasion but was easily able to change the order over the phone and the difference was refunded to my account quickly. Would highly recommend. It's now my 'go to' place for bedding!

My go-to place for discounted luxury beddings. They also have an Ebay store, which typically has even cheaper prices.
