Excellent Customer Service!
After purchasing a dining table via Amazon we were very disappointed that after some time the table had gradually split down one side (not caused by us). After contacting customer services, Leanne looked into our problem and after seeing photos she arranged for a replacement. Leanne's customer service was absolutely amazing throughout. Polite, helpful and courteous in all of her responses. This is definitely how customer service should be done and very rarely seen in the UK these days. I would have no hesitation in purchasing Julian Bowen products again if this is the service customers receive. Thank you Leanne! Still waiting for a resolution
I purchased a bed which has developed a significant problem, and I contacted Julian Bowen to raise the issue.
They have acknowledged my concerns and I have been told that the matter has been referred to the manufacturer. However, despite explaining that the problem means we are currently unable to use the bed properly, I am still waiting for a satisfactory resolution.
I have now been sleeping on the floor since Tuesday night, which is extremely frustrating and not what I expected after purchasing a new bed.
I have asked whether a replacement bed and/or replacement parts can be provided, but at the moment I am still waiting for a clear resolution.
I will happily update this review if the matter is resolved properly. I would much rather be able to leave a positive update, but after being left without a usable bed for several days, I feel customers should be aware of my experience.

Katie was so efficient! I placed my order on Tuesday, and it was delivered today. She was so helpful, understanding, and made the whole process so easy.
Arthur also called when he was 30 minutes away to make sure someone was in to receive the delivery.

Our delivery driver Arthur was fantastic. He called half an hour prior to delivery and carried all items inside the door for us to allow us to move them easily into the kitchen. He was extremely polite and was wonderful to speak to.

Horrible company do not buy from them.
I bought a single metal bed and all the screws have gone rusty I’ve only just purchased it and it is ruing my new mattress I will never purchase from this company again.

Bought some new dining chairs and checked everything against the list and successfully built up three of the four chairs. An email to Julian Bowen resulted very quickly in the offer of a new chair back being offered by Victoria.If a couple of pensioners around 80 years old can manage to make up these lovely chairs, anyone can!

I ordered a side table made by them from Next .First one ,table top was not on square.Next with their consistently excellent customer service ordered me a replacement.It arrived with the same problem and is having to be returned. Not sure what Julian bowens customer service is like but they obvs have a quality control problem

Bedroom Furniture from Julian Bowen
We recently purchased bedroom furniture from Amazon that was manufactured by Julian Bowen. We are thoroughly impressed with the aesthetic appeal, the sturdiness of the design and the drawers (in particular) and the overall quality of the assembled product. Everything arrived in perfect condition with no missing parts or surface damage.
The instructions are minimal and not overly detailed, which actually beats flipping through a daunting 25-30 page manual.
If you have some experience assembling flat-pack furniture, you will find it relatively easy to build.
We loved the first piece so much that we decided to order additional furniture. During one of the subsequent builds, I accidentally damaged a component myself.
After reaching out to the supplier directly, I am pleased to report that their customer service was excellent. Getting through to them was easy, and I spoke to a real person immediately. Stacey was incredibly helpful; she confirmed my request via email, and the replacement part arrived just 2–3 days later, exactly as promised.
I spoke to Stacey (who remembered me) on a follow up call just to confirm the exact part I needed, it was so reassuring and destressing to be able to speak to someone directly.
I found their products to be well-designed and sturdy, and their after-sales support was outstanding.
