Excellent grey coverage and has a pleasant smell during application which is a bonus. I used shade 9 with an icy blonde gloss and it successfully covered my 85% grey hair which I was really impressed by. I had previously bleached my hair and was suffering a lot of breakage so I decided to try Josh Wood Colour and was so happy with the result that I joined the subscription service. Well worth the extra cost compared to my old box colour I couldn’t be happier!

Great quality colour
What a great product. I've avoided box dyes for years as they never end up even close to the colour on the box, but after reading lots of great reviews, I gave it a go as I struggle to make hair appointments with a busy schedule.
The colour is exactly as advertised, it's easy to apply, the finish is lovely and all of my greys are covered.

Yellow paint sprayed on hair
I don’t understand how something like that can be marketed as a hair product. It is effectively a yellow paint that is sprayed in lumps on your hair. Yellow! Nothing to do with blonde.

Best shampoo for coloured hair

Best hair dye ever
What a brilliant hair dye.I have been colouring my hair for 53 years always dark brown.Whether it be a home dye or a salon dye I've always had red tinges creep through.Not with Josh Wood dye as after reading reviews I opted for 5.5 Brown as I read it goes darker so for me I have my perfect dark brown colour with NO red.In long term paying the extra for a top of the range hair dye is so worth it.Has covered all grey where all dyes I have used my grey always has that red/ ginger tinge.Will never go back to any other dye again.Absolutely brilliant.

Pink Gloss, v cute 3.5/5
Ordered the pink gloss and the peach. As yet only used the pink.
Its tinted my hair quite well it’s subtle but I do see a difference and I’m happy with it. My hair feels a LOT healthier with the deep conditioning. My hair has previously had bleach and henna and dye so has taken different on each part and starting colour, in some places got strong bubblegum pink colour and in others more of a pink toning affect so take that into account like I did, if you’ve previous colour on your hair it will take differently. With application I would recommend buying double what they suggest, bottle says half a bottle will do all your hair but I’ve used all of it and I don’t think it covered all my hair well, my hair is pretty dense but only collarbone length so. Overall I’m pretty well pleased by this and would keep buying it :)
