Joined and have not received medication…

Joined and have not received medication nor any communication as to updates , canceled today and requested refund but still no responses. I heard great things is why I chose them but very disappointing . My experience is just like the others with the poor reviews

My prescription was canceled and never…

My prescription was canceled and never refilled due to the pharmacy being unable to fill the order. Very little updates unless prompted temped just to request my refund.

Horrible Customer Service

So disappointed. I signed up on 4/24. The last thing I heard from them was that my order had been put in. Every time I check in the portal, it shows "Pharmacy Delay." I've reached out several times to find out what's going on, and have not heard a word until I started getting the auto-generated emails about my next shipment. I still haven't received the first shipment! This customer service is really lacking and if Delilah doesn't respond to my requests soon, I'll cancel and ask for a refund. I was really excited about this opportunity, but now I'm just sad.

Delayed order for no reason

I have paid for first round of medicine. Said delivery between April 30th and May 2nd. Now I am getting an email saying there is a delay at pharmacy because I needed to fill out the survey. I cannot fill it out accurately because I haven't even gotten the medicine. Keep reaching out with no response back. Already paid for the medicine. If this is a reflection of how this company works, then I am concerned.

Haven’t received medication

I’ve been so excited to get started, but my prescription is delayed and I haven’t even taken my meds yet. They’re now asking me for feedback and progress so they can start my refill, but I haven’t even had the opportunity for my initial dose, and it’s just very confusing. Hoping I can get my meds that I paid for up front soon.

I JUST joined, and I saw a message that the pharmacy is "delayed". I'll give it 2 days, then I plan to cancel, and I expect the money you stole refunded.

Excuses Excuses

First I am charged twice, second they said they don’t have prefilled med, however I said vials are fine. They won’t confirm if I’m getting my refund. And having to email 4-5 different people is absurd. Their customer service is terrible and slow.

Pretty sure this should be flagged as a scam. Save your time and money

Haven't received anything

Haven't received anything. Was supposed to get RX on Monday, now it is delayed with no expected arrival date in sight. Maybe after I received what I've paid for, I can review the product

Delilah Is The Best

Got my money then ghosted

Communication was great until the minute the money came out of my account. “Pharmacy Processing” for days and then when I asked the person I was previously speaking to while signing up why it was taking so long, I was told someone would reach out soon and no one has.

Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. I have an existing trizepatide prescription and was looking for more budget friendly ways to access my compounded medication. The onboarding for this app was lightning speed but hit a major stall. My prescription now says “Pharmacy Delay” with no updates. No one returns Help Support tickets or answers the phone number. The sales team member that onboarded me isn’t even replying.

Come to find out a lawsuit was charged against them last week and I’m out the money I paid for the 3-month bundle. Pretty sure it’s a scam at this point.
