Worth every penny
My husband and I both started this weight loss journey 6 months ago (he uses Fella health). We have lost on average about one pound each week. He has lost 30 lbs and I have lost 25 lbs (He's 6 ft and started at 250 lbs, I am 5'5" and was 150 lbs). My husband doesn't exercise or eat anything but meat and potatoes and an occasional sweet treat.
I exercise 5-6 days a week, biking, walking, tennis or lifting 5-15 lb weights. I try to eat a healthy balanced diet. I'm almost 45 years old and kept gaining weight, absolutely could not lose it on my own and this medicine saved me.
It's not fun giving yourself a shot each week (my husband hates needles) and some of the side effects like puking, diarrhea/constipation, heart burn, skin tingling/pain come and go.
Customer service is great and very helpful and shipping is quick/on time. Five stars.
As long as you keep losing weight, you don't need to up your dosage. Just go up small increments when needed to lessen the side effects.

You don’t want to eat or snack. My problem was in the evenings I wanted to snack or eat late. With this you have to make yourself eat. It’s great.

This has been a great experience for me
This has been a great experience for me since Feb 2025. Since then until current I have lost 60lbs with watching what I eat and exercise. Bad experience with little nausea at times but not to extreme. No other side effects. It has given me life back and feel great. Still feel I have a little more to go before I reach my goal weight of 135. I would recommend this to anyone if the are truly committed.
