Difficult one to rate. My son bought an Audi from them just over a year ago. Within a week the drivers window failed. Whilst they agreed to fix it the vehicle had to be returned to them which was over 150 miles away. A few days later and before anything was done about the window a warning light came on about the gearbox. We found a local Audi specialist who advised it was a total gearbox rebuild. Also a failure light came on for an air-conditioning failure. On speaking to JJ they agreed my son was entitled to a full refund as it was a major failure within 1 month of purchase but he would have to get it transported back himself. Alternatively they would collect it and repair it and supply a courtesy car and return it to him. He agreed to the latter. He got it back several weeks later, mainly due to the time it was with an independent gearbox company, all fixed with copies of all invoices supplied. Thankfully all has been fine since.
Well done to JJ for fixing everything at £3k+ expense to themselves as per their own warranty but I have docked a star as a lot of failures materialised within 10 days of purchase.
Also be wary of purchasing any vehicle from a dealer some miles away (not just JJ) as you will likely be responsible for getting it back to them in the event of a problem.

Bought a 68 plate seat Saturday got it home checked over on the Monday found a coolant leak from the front water pump and thermostat housing tried to get some help but useless tried to say I never took the extended warranty so I was lucky they wer even going to do a "goodwill" quote.
The repair quote JJs made up was the wrong parts at the wrong prices to try save them some money also offer for me to bring the car back for them to fix it there since I'm 300+ miles away that's a little bit of a joke "back to base warranty"

Avoid at all cost!!!

Worst car sales company, if you are considering buying a car from here I strongly recommend you don't.
Purchased a range rover from here and was told the car came with a full service history which turned out to be false.
The car also passed a multi point check again all lies as the vehicle clearly had issues.
Exhaust fumes leaking into the cabin,air conditioning condenser not even attached to the air conditioning circuit, abs sensor held on with tie wraps. Socket still stuck onto bolts in the engine bay, bumper and both wings held on with the minimal amount of bolts . Turbo held on with 3 bolts , heat Sheid for the exhaust system bent and cut off in places quite an extensive list of problems. But we were sold the best car warranty ever invented, yip guess what they will only cover some parts and will only pay for the fitting of new parts not the whole work carried out , even then they will only use reconditioned parts .
Honestly stay away from these people they take your money and want nothing more to do with you .
Then there after sales what a joke told us to have the car taken to them for investigation even though we live 800 miles away and that there is there way of getting out of it .

I bought a Volvo XC90 and there were a lot of MoT advisories which were not explained before the sale. The warranty was sort of push sold.

Not recommended at all. OR be very careful when you buy from them and fully and completely inspect everything and don't take their words for it.

I always read reviews before buying anything and JJ Premium cars was one of them, majority were good and a few horror stories but sometimes I think that says more about the poster than the seller. I purchased an older freelander from them and was dealt with by Nicola who was very friendly and helpful and had the car ready for collection on the day she said, the car I purchased was on the lower end of the price range so knew I wasn’t getting a new car but on collection it had a new mot and a lovely valet and looked stunning. Buying any used car is always going to be a gamble and I don’t think you can always blame the seller when things go wrong especially on older cars but my own experience is friendly, helpful and car was ready when told it would be, thank you Nicola for your help.

I bought a DS7 2017 car recently I would like to praise the salesman Brad he was great to deal with sincere, welcoming no pushy tactics just a decent genuine guy who explained everything perfectly. The car was perfect and had previously been well looked after including the body work. They seem to have a lot of good quality cars. I drove away happy with a 12 months mot. I also want to praise Jonathan locker (general manager) who was great and had the decency to contact me straight away to sort a minor issue out with the car when struggling with contact with there customer after sales. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys and the professional and welcoming service especially there sales team and general manager Johnathan locker.

Purchased an A5 Audi from them & had nothing but issues from the day of purchase, broke down twice on the way home, the second time I returned the vehicle they gave me a courtesy car which I had for two weeks, once I got the Audi back it was still having the same issue of going into limp mode when driving on the motorway at 70. I also had to have the DPF cleaned & during this clean it was discovered that one of the sensors had burnt out which is why I was getting a exhaust fume smell in the car which I had reported on day one, I purchased a new sensor £104 & JJ premium cars offered me £50 & I still have the issue with low fuel pressure & the car going into limp mode, the fuel rail which they did replace from another car not a new one & they say it is not there issue & I should contact the warranty company even though the issues have been there since day one. I should have taken the car back & got a refund but I thought I would give them the chance to put things right & I’m still waiting with no success, I would not recommend JJ Premium Cars to anyone, very poor show & definitely not premium cars.

Great customer service from start to finish . Will our account manager kept us up to speed all along the process. A credit to the business . The thankyou pack was a lovely surprise. Will definitely consider using car finance 247 again .
