I’m in the process of rejecting the car I bought through JJ Premium Cars in February through the finance company. Car has been with the mechanic 3 times due to multiple issues. Contacted them and was told I had warranty so not their problem. The latest issue has left the car sitting on my drive and undriveable. Two separate reports including one from the finance companies independent inspector and the car has now been declared as not safe for the road and requires £7,000 worth of repairs. I was told to bring the car back to them so they can run their own diagnostics and they said they can repair it for cheaper … no chance. I live 150+ miles away and would have to pay for a flat bed to get it there out of my own pocket and given the issues and lack of care I would not trust them to fix it properly. I asked them if I would get a courtesy car and was told they couldn’t guarantee one would be available. It’s been 5 weeks since I lodged my complaint with the finance company, still having to pay the finance for a car that I can’t drive, it’s the six weeks holidays with 2 kids and can’t go anywhere … their answer to that … hire a car! More money I would have to pay out of my own pocket due to them selling me a non road worthy car.
Trying to get through to them on the phone is impossible, they don’t call you back. Even the finance company are struggling to get responses hence it has taken so long. If you want to speak to after sales, call the sales line!
I hate leaving bad reviews but this one had to be done, they’ve sold me a car that is not road worthy, went into limp mode on a motorway and literally put my kids and my life at risk, after sales service is poor and it feels like they genuinely don’t care! Be careful and take a mechanic with you if you’re going to buy a car from here, get them to plug in the diagnostics in front of you before the test drive and again afterward.

On the plus side, Bradley in the sales team was lovely.

I purchased my Porsche Panamera about 4 weeks ago, the whole setup is fantastic, no pressure sales and a nice relaxed atmosphere. We agreed a price for my part ex over emails and because of its condition and service record I was given an extra £500 when they inspected the vehicle.
I did have a few issues as to be expected with all used cars but Luke dealt with them quickly and efficiently. Due to the distance I was from there garage Luke had a local garage to me carry out the works.
All in all an excellent car sales with great aftercare .

Wad good to deal with

Typical used car sales garage, make it sound like they are giving you a little extra or going the extra mile, but underneath the fake smile and welcome hand shake they are just after your hard earned cash.
I asked for a couple of bits of work to be carried out like having the silver alloys sprayed black, all I got was the front of the alloys done and even at that it looks like the work was done with the wheels still on the car …. Radio volume on the steering wheel didn’t work so when I was shown it working at the garage it looked like it had been resolved and was working …. Until I got home and adjusted it again and BAM …. You guessed it, now it doesn’t work again.

The sales staff were friendly and didn't hassle us. We asked for a couple of things to be done before we brought the car and these were done within a couple of days with the exception of the fuel tank protection plates which were rusted and bits missing. Was told the missing bit was where the jack would go. This was a blatant lie as whom would put a jack onto the fuel tank.
3 weeks after buying the car , there were a number of issues with the car.
The car went back to JJ premium under their 30 day warranty. Initially they were ok but then we could never get an answer about how the work was going and when we will get the car back. The guy in customer care is about as much use as a fart in a spacesuit. He would tell us bits had been fitted / replaced then a week late tell us the part has been ordered. We tried countless times to call him but he hardly ever got back to us . We ended up calling the sales team and as good as they were , didn't always get to speak to him then.
We went over to JJ premium to find out what was happening and after speaking to him and 2 people from the garage, we're still non the wiser.
Eventually after 3.5 weeks we did get the car back and the work was done. Looking at the invoice they spent 4.8 hrs on the car.
If all goes well after buying a car from these, you'll have a good experience, BUT if you have a problem and it goes back to them, I wish you good luck, you'll need it

Before buying the vehicle, the customer service was really good. However after buying the car, it was terrible. I've called them hundreds of times but they never pick up. I've traveled over 150 miles to try reach out to them and still they don't care to give help.

Excellent service, has gone above and beyond throughout the process.

Great initial service
But after care horendous
Took Q5 TO AUDI and they said car was not road legal with suspension shot and MMI unit not working.
Took car back fitted it in and they changed the MmI unit but forgot
To do suspension work.
Once got home the reverse camera does not work and also no Bluetooth or car play working so had to now rebook car in the garage that jj use is mechanic man on the same compound.
Trying to get JJ to call you back is also a nightmare.
I'm at point now where I'm thinking of returning the car under finance consumer rights.

Nicola has been great with helping us buy a car and part ex our old one, after a bad experience with a larger main dealer our expectations were low however instantly we could tell that JJ premium cars were very different and the whole experience was pleasant with no 'pressure sales' tactics. Even though we had an hour to travel to get here I'll be using them again for our next car.
