I lived in a property with them for 18 months and at the end of the tenancy when I asked for the return of my deposit they have stopped responding. Their phone number is always unreachable. Not replying to my emails and i am left without my deposit even after 35 days of end of tenancy. Please do not trust them.

I'm having to write this review to hopefully help other landlords / tenants that have to deal with Oliver Jillings from Jillings Estates LTD (liquidated) or The Property Porter LTD (his new company).

Oliver managed 2 properties for me that I bought. Oliver proceeded to collect the rent for these properties and then he would deduct his fees and transfer me the rent. After approx 12 months, the payments to me started to get later and later in the month. I would have to send multiple reminders to send the rent. It then arrived on the 20th of the month. I raised a formal complaint and Oliver apologised profusely and said that all future rent payments would be on the 7th-10th of the month at the latest.

The next two months, they were on time. Then in the 3rd month Oliver collected the rent and despite multiple reminders just ignored all communication. I've since had to raise this with the Property Redress Scheme as I'm owed £5610. He had an opportunity to give his side of the story, and completely ignored all the communication with the PRS too.

After raising the complaint to the PRS, Oliver voluntarily closed the business and started up a new company. On further inspection Oliver has had issues before - "Property company fined for failing to licence homes" and Jillings Estates LTD has now gone into liquidation and he has started up a new company The Property Porter LTD.

I urge everyone not to deal with this fraudster.

Awful estate agents. Do not answer calls or emails. Do not pay out landlords rent received from renters.

Lack of communication, untrustworthy and had to use a solicitor to get my deposit back.

Didn’t even show up. Organised a letting valuation over the phone and received an email confirmation. And then didn’t show up. Three weeks three voicemails and two emails later I have still heard nothing.

Jillings have been one of my all time favourite letting to agency’s to use hence me not using anyone else since 2016. They are so accommodating and as long as you are prepared to work with them they will help you out as much as they can. I can not highly recommend them enough they don’t get the credit they deserve. Well done guys

I’m a landlord and used this very unprofessional company run by a very unprofessional man. When I moved letting agent him acted like a spoilt child and was very unprofessional towards me and my new letting agent. Do not use this company

If I did not have to give this awful Estate Agency (Jillings) a star I would not. This is the worst Estate Agency ever. People I'm telling you to run do not sign with them. They are extremely unprofessional. They lie and steal, and they are definitely related to Satan.

I have recently rented a flat through this letting agency and I have been requesting for repair in the property since I moved. It has been more than 1.5 months and nothing has been done yet. I am trying to chase them from last week and no one is answering the call. The worst agency ever, never go with this agency. You will regret like me if you want anything to be done in the property. No coordination no follow up nothing, worst service ever.
