I have been working with Ben, Rachel and the rest of the Synergy team since January 2024 and I can only say that I am still amazed by their professional working methods and data-driven knowledge of the property market. They know better than anyone how to add value to a property and always have at least four rental strategies for a property. Everything has been thought through and has been prepared down to the last detail.

In addition, they are very committed to their relations, with their visit to the Netherlands as a heart-warming example, where we held strategy sessions together with other Dutch investors and of course participated in fun activities.

Underpromise and overdeliver is their motto and they fully live up to it. As an overseas investor from the Netherlands, it is fantastic to be able to rely on such a fantastic team in the UK.

Started with Synergy Estates In April 2024 after selling my property. I wanted to get into property but I didn't know where to start. I was introduced to them through a friend and they have made the process very easy.

They are super analytical. What they don't know about property isn't worth knowing. They always have a plan B,C and D just incase.
They are helping to setup my life plan for financial freedom in short and long term.
They risk assess everything to ensure your funds are stretched.
They help to educate on the process, with the potential to have a career in the property business in the future.
I have Setup a portfolio of 3 properties within a few months helping me to start with passive income.
Above all they are down to earth, friendly and always there to answer any questions.
