Best car buying experience I've ever had
(Now Stratstone Select in Bracknell). From the minute you walk in, you know this is a highly professional, grown-up modern dealership. Spotlessly clean, polite and professional staff and high calibre stock. The fact it's shared with McLaren doesn't harm the image at all! I ultimately bought the car I was looking at thanks to Sam, who dealt with my enquiries very personably and kept excellent communications regarding the status of the prep and availability of the car. Financials were straightforward and handled quickly, plus I had a reasonable part-ex price for my previous car. The car is excellent and was immaculately prepared for delivery. Thanks to Sam and the rest of the team at Stratstone (formerly Jardine) in Bracknell for the least stressful and most successful car purchase I've ever made.

Between my husband and I, we have extensive experience of car sales and the people who sell them ranging from ‘Honest John’, whose recommendations and guarantees have the reliability of a third-hand wheelbarrow with only 2 wheels - right the way up to the other end of the spectrum which would be our recent experience.
Ben is disarmingly - and genuinely! - enthusiastic about his product. It’s evident this guy lives, breathes and sleeps cars. Whilst his heart belongs to the faster, high-performance vehicles he somehow manages to retain infectious affection for pretty much any vehicle you might want to discuss. Which is why he was the right guy for us. We were looking within a rather narrow range of vehicles and at a point where we had pretty much given up and were ready to move on, he found it. He found THE ONE. Perfect. On paper. It was in Manchester. We were in Tamworth. Ben sorted out the transfer of the vehicle down to him so that we could take the little thing for a drive. Obviously, no guarantee and no commitment to buy. A lot of work for relatively little reward for him. But he sorted it with a smile from start to finish. Fortunately we loved the car and bought it the same day we tested it. Again, a massive headache for poor, patient Ben but he did it!
Now, we’ve had one or two niggles - minor issues. The car itself is fantastic but it’s missing a couple of bits. Ben is on it. He’s sorting these little things out for us and we have faith in him. It’s so commonplace for a salesman to lose interest the second the deal is done. Customer service be blowed. They’re outta here! Not Ben.
This guy is going far. And fast. If his right foot has anything to do with it!
Jaguar developed battery problem
Jaguar developed battery problem. Common fault it seems judging by the forums. Jaguar Birmingham North will not look at it until the end of March; four weeks away. All I got was 'no slots' 'we don't do walk ins'. This company is not customer focussed at all, they just base everything around their needs, schedules, timelines and workloads. They are happy to leave customers completely immobile for weeks when the problem is an emergency and a common Jaguar fault. No help whatsoever. Rang a non-dealership company and booked in in two days time. They listened and moved things around to accommodate the customer. That's the difference.
Milton Keynes Audi-No Help With Safety Recall Issue

Letter received from Audi UK on 29.4.24 advising me to make contact with my local dealer for a Safety Recall Issue to replace the TAKATA Passenger Airbag. Two arranged visits to the dealership followed (23.5.24 and 2.10.24) when I was sent home as the part was not available. Following the involvement of Audi UK Customer Services a Collection/Return appointment was arranged, and confirmed in writing by Charlea Evans-Service Advisor, for 1.11.24. Nobody turned up for the car. During this entire episode I did not receive one phone call from MK Audi with an update.
At this point we gave up on MK Audi and the replacement airbag was successfully installed by Aylesbury Audi on 20.11.24. This dealershop is part of the same Stratstone group but at least they did the required work. Audi Customer Services were sympathetic throughout however they have little real influence over this dealership. Annoyingly the delay resulted in the outstanding Safety Recall issue being highlighted on my MOT certificate. Maybe company car drivers receive better treatment however for the ordinary man in the street this dealership is simply not interested and unless you want to risk similar treatment it should be avoided at all costs. For a Safety Recall issue however you need to use an authorised dealer-choose carefully based on reviews.

2023 Jaguar i-Pace broke down twice in…
2023 Jaguar i-Pace broke down twice in a 2 week period with major electrical issues. AA fixed both times and said car must go to dealer for investigation.
Jardine Jaguar Tonbridge refused to fix or look at car for over a month. When you have a 1 year old £80k car, you expect a level of care from a main dealer. It seems that they have so many broken cars they can't look after any more.
I would avoid Jaguar due to quality issues and avoid Jardine as they can't provide the support

Jardine LR Wolverhampton
Jardine LR Wolverhampton. My Rangerover went in there for a passenger side air bag recall. Up on checking the car later the black piano trim on side of selector was scratched. They had car back to polish scratches out. They washed the car, in doing so the cleaning agent was allowed to dry on the car , damaging the bonnet vent, scuttle panel and front grill. Jardine had it back again . The bonnet vent was sprayed and ok, scuttle panel ordered and they had sprayed and ruined the front grill, which did have a grey surround on a chromed grill, they don't know how to mask paint jobs so the whole grill was grey. Something else they had to replace at cost . And today while going to change cd's in the player in the top glove box , there's a electrical cable trapped across the front of the cd player and a trim panel is fitted incorrectly with a massive gap showing . Don't trust them to touch my Rangerover again . Jardine is incompetent from top to bottom. Zero QC zero skill. Trust pilot reviews give 58% one star.

Jardines Birmingham and JLR
I ordered and Collected a new Evoque Autobiography from Jardines Birmingham North on the 10th May 24 Due to holidays but a month later I notice two build quality issues I contacted the dealer’s service department, their response was dismissive, abrupt and refusal to continue with the claim
I contacted JLR direct and the response from them was quite aggressive in tone at times and muddled
1 They said the door card issue had to be dealt with by Jardines which is still unresolved with no communication from the dealership
2 The front bumper distortion and misalignment Jardines refused to rectify has been taken up as a quality control issue under the 3 year warranty claim by another R.R. dealership. a refreshing better experience
Conclusions
Jardines after service is an enigma to the term 'customer service'
My JLR involvement was less than a comfortable experience
This little RR autobiography was my 9th of Vogue's and sport models which is a long history of buying the brand and first time I used Jardines Birmingham with hindsight I would NOT have chosen Jardines to give my money to

We are 5 weeks after there online non human robotic reply and still NO communication from them regarding the damage to the door card
This is an experience that could happen to you once Birmingham Landrover has your money
The bumper distortion has now been rectified by another RR dealership via a JLR warranty claim to my complete satisfaction

Milton Keynes Centre: Service levels have dropped, My registration recognition for fast and easy check in didnt work, as my reg was not booked in delaying the process. I asked for a quote for paint repairs, I never received it. I asked for call back to rebook my car at a more convenient time, I never received call back and I had to chase 3 times. Asked for my drivers door seal to be looked at and fixed, nothing done. Very disappointed for a BMW designated Centre, not what I expect as a BMW owner.

One hour on the phone to book a repair appointment, and one month waiting list to get the appointment. This is how hard they work at BMW Jardine to offer a smooth and high customer service.
I won't even call again to get anything from this BMW SHOP. WASTE OF TIME!

What a shame....
I purchased a new Porsche on a long waiting list from Jardine East London and was persuaded to purchase Total Paint Protection at some considerable cost. Oddly, I expected the product to live up to its name.
Surprisingly, a few months after delivery I had a couple of bad paint chips only to be told rather extraordinarily that paint chips were not covered. The pre-sales literature made no mention of that.
I have had some rather aggressive correspondence from Jardine’s in house Solicitor and the case is now with The Motor Ombudsman after many months of unnecessary argument.
What a great pity though. The sales process with Catherine and the after sales service (a recall) with Ellie have both been so good. I love the car but I hate the paint chips which I genuinely thought I had paid to avoid.

Buying a 2024 Jaguar F-Type registered to the Company with 3000 miles
I phoned and asked if I cud to come and view.
Was told the car was at on exhibit at a hotel venue.
I asked if I cud view it there? No reply to that email.
I still believed this BS as a local car dealership exhibits at my local Golf Club.
So next week it was back and I Paid £1000 deposit to reserve it for me,subject to viewing in 2 days time.
I queried the 3000 miles on the clock and said that's very high for a demonstrator. I was told by my initial phone contact it was a demonstrator that may also have been lent to staff (she didn't seem to know exactly and was either guessing or lying) either way it was BS.
At no point was I told it was being used as a Customer Loan Car.
I phoned the Sales guy before leaving home to check all was OK for viewing, yep all was good to go.
2 hour drive, car wasn't there.
Turns out the 'demonstrator' was a loan car and now had 3600 miles on it and was out on loan even tho I'd paid a £1000 deposit to reserve it for me, so it shudn't have been used further for any reason imo. And they then cudn't get it back whilst I was there.
2 hour drive back home, day wasted
Didn't get my deposit back without having to chase 6 days later and threaten complaints procedure initiation.
How I wish I'd taken notice of the bad Reviews this company has.

Hi Guys, Just an up date on my Q3 2ltr Vorsprung bought 1 year ago as an Audi approved from Jardine Audi. After sales person I was dealing with was unavailable for the sale of the car damage to window trim car dirty After valet which I had sort out my self. The trim I paid for and they paid me back after numerous phone calls. One month later suspension Bush failed which was done under warranty but what is the Audi multiple car check for? Now finally the car has a leak on the two front doors, should I be surprised guess not been quoted £1500 to sort it out. So the moral of the story is do not buy from Jardine Audi Birmingham hope you find this useful guys.date of experience from 30 September 2023 to 30th September 2024

Second time worse than the first (much)
So wrote a previous review as took car in, and no jobs I asked about got done, just fudged, and got a reply from Jardine. Left it. Then needed a safety recall, so got in touch. Had a reply from JH promising that he would personally oversee things and make sure everything was done. Felt good. Booked the car in, and took in on a Tuesday. Loan car for the week. Come Friday, I had heard nothing so called. Turned out that the car had been sat there doing absolutely nothing. Jack thought it was arriving Wednesday! They then wanted me to stay in the loan car for the week after ! At £1k excess ! A week to do some remedial jobs and 2 recalls, and the car sat there for 4 days with zero work. In the end I decided to pick it up on the Saturday knowing that some jobs would not have been done, but once again, even with the personal promise of it being overseen extremely disappointed and certainly way way short of the exceptional service promised and the blurb on the phone as you wait. Had to arrange an appointment on the sat to collect, but it was just turn up and pray. In the end a sales person had to give me the keys but gave no info about what had been done, he even left the security tag on them. Quite frankly all a bit amateur. I asked for the details to be sent - nothing for a week, had to call back a week later. Then on Monday just a confirmation of the recalls, nothing else. I know the rear wiper was done after the first time just being told to clean it ! The Ac was filled as empty and the dipping mirror has now once more gone from working to lethargic. The other issues like the rattle in the door have been left. NOTHING ABOUT THE MOULD IN THE LIGHTS OR CONDENSATION. The most annoying thing here is that the first experience was bad, the second even with someone keeping an eye on things, it was ten times worse. Jardine, in the reply instead of just telling me to email you and such, why don't you get one of the directors or someone of note to get in touch. Many other reviews have similar experiences of Colchester. Really has made up my mind that Porsche and Jardines is not the way to go.

****CLOCKED CAR****** Truly AWFUL experience, I purchased a Lamborghini Aventador a few years ago for £175000.00 from Simon at McLaren Ascot, I recently part exchanged the car to find out the vehicle had a mileage alteration in 2019 it was CLOCKED. McLaren have refused to refund me or compensate me and I have now taken a huge loss on the vehicle. McLaren have simply washed there hands of me and said no offers will be made. This matter has now been escalated to court. I will write another a review with the conclusion. Buyers beware!!!!
Fantastic New Showroom
Anjum Ahmed was our Service Advisor and we were impressed by his professional attitude.
Porsche Centre Cambridge has had a major refurbish since our last visit and were were positively impressed. the hospitality area is extremely comfortable and nothing is too much for the staff.
The service was carried out well within the quoted time and the car was returned looking like a Porsche should, having been valeted to a high standard.
Our service Advisor discussed the service in detail with us, pointing out any issues whish may need addressing in the future.
The courtesy car we were provided with was of a very high standard.

Disappointed
I bought a brand new car from Audi Manchester and its due to be exchanged. I have been called every month for over 12 months asking about purchasing a new car. I kept explaining due to personal circumstances, I didn't want to change. Then in June things got better and I was called again, I said I wanted to exchange for the S3 and was assured a call when it arrived. No call so I went to dealership and was ignored. I approached reception and was asked 3 times why I wanted to see the new S3 and he was busy and pointed to the cars in the lot and someone would be out to see us. 20 minutes later we gave up waiting for someone and went back inside to be ignored again. A couple of sales people looked at us and put their head down at their desk. I gave up and walked out and will not be returning to Manchester, when I finally get a call I will ask why I should buy a 50k car with them when I wasn't good enough when I was there
