Good price but if I was a New Customer I would get an even better price just seemed this time that I didn't do well compared the last few years so been a regular customer .Need to do more for customers thst stay year after year.Very easy to do on line but if your stuck you can chat on line and they will return with a phone call .

I was on the phone about seven times…
I was on the phone about seven times and spent much time on the online help chat and my insurance renewal wouldn’t get accepted. My card kept getting declined, even though it was working perfectly. Reps wouldn’t listen when I said my card wasn’t the problem and just said I need to ring my bank (which I did and everything was okay their end). Twice I was told by reps that they would get someone to give me a call as soon as possible and I was never phoned back. I was only able to renew my insurance yesterday when (I believe his name was Dylan) actually listened to my situation and was able to get me to pay a different way. It was a very unnecessarily stressful renewal and I just found I wasn’t listened to. It’s a pity because I love this insurance company but this renewal process kind of soured it for me.

I have motor insurance with its4women…
I have motor insurance with its4women for a few years now. Very competitive quotes. Customer service is excellent, when I had an issue renewing recently online I used the chat bot who suggested customer service to ring me. Within minutes a lovely lady called me and took her time sorting my renewal. Absolutely great service

Worst car insurance company ever
Worst car insurance company ever, I will never recommend or go with these guys again. Got quoted €700 for a 1.4 polo half way got a new car 1.6 passat my charge went up to €1,450. They don't do key replacement or towing. Nothing but hassle. They wouldn't let me do a temporary change of car. So hard to get hold of. I honestly wouldn't recommend it at all
